      This is the 2nd time that I have placed an order with SG. I had the same outcome several months ago. However, I did receive my items later. With 1 item being replaced unexpectedly. My latest issue is similar, expected item still NOT RECEIVED! This is the worse company to do business with. NEVER AGAIN!

      I ordered a jacket and I contacted them about my order which they claim would be sent out 7-10 days now it's going on weeks then I was told due to large orders my order would be sent but there tracking number doesn't give no information on when or the order is. I will never order from this site again.Will request my refund.

      After contacting them and requesting a refund for never receiving my order they continue to send me emails saying its in process of being shipped. Now, almost 3 months later and no product they wont send me a refund and are not responding to my emails. This was to be a gift a long time ago. Im done. I just want my money back! Now!

      Terrible customer service I placed the order literally over a month ago and I still have not received my item. They are refused to refund me back my money or should be my item. They constantly want to tell me its a delay but yet I keep getting email responsive or how fully they are back in stock but yet you can speak to no one to really make the complaint they cant want to generate your emails. Terrible Business. I will not do business with them again.

      Horrible dont order I ordered in December 2023 have not received anything from them never responded to emails so I paid threw Afterpay and they are refunding my money and dropping this company because they are scammers and I wish I would have read the reviews like i usually do on off brand business .. and I wouldnt been on here filing a complaint. People stay away from this company that couple are scammers.

      I order a jacket December 23, 2023 Its now February 4, **** still no item??Every time I reach out through email and ask for a refund only thing they respond is its out for shippingPlease dont spend your money with these fraud a** people??Then they have the never to make you do a star rating in order to leave a review when they shouldnt get ANY STARS??

      Received my order. Ordered the wrong size. Sent the item back and received a store credit. Ordered correct size and was given a tracking number. A shipping label was created on 1/18. I have email exchanges with with assuring new order will be received soon. Its 2/1!!!

      I ordered an item November, no product. Back and forth they keep saying we are shipping it soon . Fast forward to January they make a *** shipping label but there is still no item. They never took the product to ***. I ask for a refund. No response. I JUST GOT SCAMMED. Glad I only spent *****

      This is not a very reputable company. I orderd my son Jacket on Jan. 1, ****. Have yet to receive it. I got a tracking number from *** that the shipment is on its way then they changed it to **** tracking and **** has not received the package its been almost 3 weeks now and still haven't received the jacket. This company is not legit. I am having to file through my credit card company so that I can get my money back. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. Zero Star rating

      I ordered my jacket in December and every week the order status changes. We are at the end of January and I still did not receive my order.
