Trying to return a Christmas tree that was not as the picture online. No response from seller.Business Response

Hi Better Business Bureau,
For order# ***************, the customer purchased the Christmas from us and wanted to return it as she/he does not want it. We accepted the customer's return request immediately and also contacted the customer to make it clear and fix the issue. We responded to each customer's email and we can send the return label to return the item for a refund. But before we take back the tree, we need the customer to send us the pics to check the item's condition. But we got no reply from the customer.
To make sure that the customer found the item and the issue was solved, we also sent several follow-up emails to the customer, but all received no response.
We have done nothing wrong in this issue and we have done all we can do to solve the issue and to provide the customer with a satisfactory experience, it is the customer who didn't cooperate with us. We will contact the customer again to solve this issue. Please look into it, thank you.

May 30,2023, purchased a 10x20 heavy duty carport, car canopy garage shelter, adjustable 6.5 to 8.0 ft. Hi,
Thanks for letting us know the issue.
We checked that we received the customer's contact on April 13th, mentioned that he/she wants to purchase 6 poles. We replied to the customer immediately and provided him/her the parts list to confirm the exact parts needed. But he/she almostly listed the whole item. After receiving the infomation, we applied for a discount and quoted the customer. Then we received his reply mentioned that it is not acceptable. To solve the issue further and to apply for the best solution, we replied the customer and asked the exact reason for the damage, but received no reply from the customer at all.
We haved contacted the customer again to solve the issue and if there's any other information needed, please inform us immediately.

I purchased the Hokeeper Heavy Duty Wire garment rack through ******** I was told to contact the manuf. with my issue but I can not find Hokeeper customer service anywhere on the web nor the instructions booklet of the garment rack. So I am trying to get in contact with the seller for some assistance. I purchased part number ML-A59FDS-WGR-ST02 just recently. As I was assembling the product I noticed that I was missing 6 (sets) of clips, (12 pieces). Per the instruction booklet, it is part number C. I was very disappointed that I could not finish assembling the product. I would like to please have the clips shipped to me or please send me another whole assembly. I am not looking to put a bad review or anything like that on here. I just would like some assistance in sending me some replacement parts. Thank you very much.Business Response

I ordered a 12 volt bumper car for my 3 year old nephew.. On Christmas Day, it was assembled and it didnt work. The father took it away and assembly it again, still didnt work. He took it back to ******* two days after Christmas and they said its a third party buy so contact the seller directly. I did that, I sent them two messages plus ******* reaches out to them. Hi,
Thanks for letting us know the issue. We checked that we received 2 emails from the custoer. One is on December 29th,2023 and one is on January 04th,2024. We also sent several follow-up emails to the customer, but all received no further information from the customer.
From our side, it is very possible that there's something incorrect during the usage steps, thus we replied to the customer for more details.
We will contact the customer throgh his private email address and also call him within 24hours. If the issue could not be fixed or if the customer prefer a refund, we will process it ASAP.

Kindly note that we replied to the customer's email immediately on Nov 21st, 2022. (picture attached), and we sent a follow-up email the next day as well. Also, we have been waiting patiently for the customer's reply, but we didn't get any response.

I contacted the seller because I purchased a tree off of ******* the picture of what that tree looks like is not the same tree that I got it is completely an utterly completely different. That tree is not worth more than $50 and I paid $200 for it. I asked for a refund and they're asking me to prove what is not accurate on the website contacted ******* and they told me I have to deal with the seller. I already filed against the Better Business Bureau and I will file an attorney general complaint as well. I want my refund the bought the tree is perfectly back in the box. I ordered a shower seat from them through Walmart.com for $45 (+tax) for my knee replacement surgery that had been coming up back in February 2023. Nowhere in any of the product descriptions did it give specific height details. It only said adjustable. It also said eligible for refunds for 90 days. I received it 5 days late and put it together and at max ******* it was at my knee. Im not a tall person. I emailed them to initiate a return and refund three times before I got a response and they told me that I would have to cover costs and they would only refund $8. I refused that and they then offered a $15 refund. Im still fighting with them over this issue but they have changed their product description to now include height range and it now says all sales final. Their emails are sent from overseas, and have Chinese (Im guessing) symbols at the start of any replies I receive. They refuse to resolve this issue.Initial Complaint
