      Placed an order that was "guaranteed" to be delivered by the holidays. Given that the order has sat for two weeks with no fulfillment, I reached out and got a message that there was a higher number of messages than usual and they would respond as soon as possible. Tried reaching their customer service chat, and it said that it was unavailable multiple times in 24 hours. Tried calling their customer service number with no answer. Despite this, they continue to send promotional emails multiple times a day advertising that they can ship in time for the holidays. This is completely false advertising and terrible customer service. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company as well, but wanted to report to BBB as well. Unacceptable-- if it couldn't be shipped in time, I would have been okay with transparency, but ignoring customers and then continuing to fill up their inboxes with false advertising is horrid.

      Airmoto still hasnt shipped my items but has charged me for them. Ive messaged twice, Ive called twice and no one responds

      I ordered 6 of these items via Airmoto's website on 12/13/24. On the merchant's website, there was a notice stating the items would ship the next day, on 12/14/24 as long as the order was placed by 3 PM EST. Per the stamp on my e-mail order confirmation, I placed the order at 11:31 AM, which is well before the cutoff. I needed these items for Christmas gifts, so I paid $15 extra for expedited shipping. I needed to mail these items no later than 12/19 in order to reach the recipients in time. I checked my order on 12/18, and the status shows "Preparing for Shipping." That means the items have not yet shipped, regardless of Airmoto having charged me for expedited shipping. I have accepted the fact that the gifts will not arrive in time, but I can't get anyone to respond to me. I have left a few voicemails as well as e-mails and I have received no response. I am starting to think that I was scammed. I need a complete refund including the expedited shipping since my order was clearly was not expedited.

      I ordered a tire inflator on 12/4/24. I have yet to receive it. I would like to receive it by 12/24/24.

      I ordered on November 26, 2024. No update on when items will be shipped. No response to emails, online submissions or phone calls. Unable to speak to a live person. Credit card already charged $523.68.

      Airmoto did respond on December 17th, after I filed a complaint with the BBB. Then today I receive an email from Airmoto that today, December 18th, is the last day to order from Airmoto and receive standard delivery before Christmas. Yet my order from November 26th, and was finally shipped on December 17th, will not arrive until after Christmas on December 26th???

      I placed the order for this product on December 2 and I have not received any information or rather confirmation on what is going on with receiving the product. When I reached out to the company, they simply said they were having problems. I am now passed the point of needing this product as a gift.

      Ordered on Dec. 2...items have not been shipped as of Dec. 10. These items are a Christmas present that was going to be boxed by me and shipped overseas. Too late for that now. I have emailed them twice and the response both times has been:Hello *******,Thank you for contacting our support team!We are experiencing a high volume of tickets and our reply times are longer than ********** assured, our support team will assist you with your request, as quickly as possible.Thank you for your shopping with Airmoto and have a blessed day.

      Airmoto sent me a complete refund after I filed complaints with ****** and BBB.  Then I told them my next complaint was going to the FTC.  That prompted them to send a refund.
