      I give them an A+, without question. MCCPDC is saving me about $2K / year for a ridiculously overpriced drug through normal ******** Part D plan (I'm paying $27/month). As per other reviews, you have to be very direct with your *************** on how/where to submit the Rx - the Doctor has to follow the instructions on the online form. I signed up on a Saturday, my *************** submitted the Rx on Monday, and I had my Rx on Wednesday. I did nothing else. Great.

      ordered my drugs march 10th, they took payment from my bank account. Drugs not delivered 11 days later. Status showed they sent it 5 different places, one was 20 minutes from my house, then they sent them to the "next destination". Never got to my house. Called them up and they said they had resent a new delivery, but all tracking information has been deactivated. No way to track new delivery. Do not like paying for something I do not receive. Going to have to reconsider using them again,

      Absolutely horrible customer service website shows medication is available, so provider submitted script. Pharmacy emailed saying they dont carry it. I emailed customer service multiple times telling that it is listed, with no response from them.

      Shady business practices. I placed an order and soon after, called to request a cancelation. An hour later, I get an email saying that my request was denied because the order already shipped. However, tracking shows that it didn't arrive at the outgoing post office for another six hours. I replied to their email asking if I could refuse delivery and send it back for a refund. They said that for the safety of their other customers, they do not accept returns nor do they provide refunds.

Once it has shipped we are not able to cancel or accept returns as our support team said (since we cannot re-dispense medication that was already sent out by the pharmacy).       Buyer beware! I would give this company ZERO stars if it was an option. I placed an order as a new customer on Jan. 28th. Today is February 8th and I still have not received my order. I've tried emailing and all I get are AI generated responses. My medicines are critical as I have to take them every day for the rest of my life. I tried having them filled at *********, but my doctor had already cancelled my prescriptions there once I signed up for *********. I will be calling my doctor on Monday to switch back. The stress from not getting my meds isn't worth the savings.

      Where is my prescription or even any replies from customer service? First time user its been a week now and its still In progress is paid extra for 2-5 day shipping for nothing. Not even a reply?? My doctor did his part and I paid in full. Where are you guys??

After processing this shipping time starts which is about 5-7 business days and expedited is 3-5 business days. This means your order should be arriving early this next week.       I have been very happy for the last year until now. For the third time with refills, I cannot get a response about my refills not going through. I have filled out the correct forms. My doctors are using the correct way to submit. I have sung the praises of Cost Plus to everyone I know in person and online. I do not want to have to go elsewhere but this is very frustrating. If growing too quickly is the problem, please hire more assistance. I need help!

      ** sent in prescription on 7-10. It is now 7:22 and status says in progress on website. Only way to check on something is to email them, as I did. A form email came back offering no information. Many different emails have been sent for follow-up, I've been completely ghosted. Someone is going to get killed by the gross incompetence of this company.

      My local pharmacy wanted to charge me $571 (with insurance) for a pretty common generic drug (blood pressure medication) for a 90 day supply. The exact same medication (down to same manufacturer/pills) was $17 WITHOUT INSURANCE from Cost Plus Drugs. Yes, ordering and having it shipped can take some time, but you can order expedited to get it sooner (at additional cost). I had to do this for one med that I was almost out of, and it took about a week to get. non-expedited takes a bit longer.Initially, my doctors office was having some trouble figuring out how to e-submit my prescriptions, but eventually figured out where to send it, so I think the difficulty was on the *********** side of *********, they don't have every med, but when they do have them, the non-insurance prices clearly show just how much regular pharmacies and insurance companies are really ripping us off. I'm currently getting all 3 meds I'm on from Cost Plus Drugs, and saving massive $$$ compared to my local pharmacy (or other online pharmacies like Optum). Yes it's a bit of a pain to get started. Yes, there are delays in the process for order processing and shipping. Could they do better with having more responsive and easily accessed customer service to smooth out the kinks? Definitely yes. But, that being said, once you get started, your meds are as cheap as possible, refilling is easy, and as long as you refill meds before you need them, you're golden.
