- Additional Info:On January 20, 2023, BBB re-opened review into a pattern of consumer complaints regarding
Balma Home, dba Balma LLC, dba Wandy Supply, an online retailer claiming to do business out of 539 W. Commerce Street in Dallas, TX. Specifically, the complaints allege the following:
~ items purchased from the Balma Home website are never delivered;
~ consumers requests to customer service are ignored;
~ moreover, refund requests are either ignored or promised and unfulfilled.
On January 20, 2032, BBB sent Balma Home correspondence requesting the company's voluntary cooperation to respond to the pattern of complaints. BBB also requested documentation and verification for Balma Home location of business operations within the United States, as well as requesting verification of registration to conduct business in the state of Texas.
While Balma Home did respond on January 26, 2023, the company did not address comply with BBB requests for business registration, location, nor communicate any specific actions the company will take to mitigate and/or eliminate the pattern of complaints.
After multiple correspondence, Balma Home did not respond to BBB correspondence sent March 1, 2023.
As of March 8, 2023, Balma Home has ceased corresponding with BBB, and failed to eliminate the pattern of complaints.
In July 2020, BBB opened an investigation on Balma Home, an online retailer claiming to do business out of 539 W. Commerce Street in Dallas, TX. This investigation was opened due to an influx of consumer complaints. This investigation was closed September 11, 2020 as Failure to Respond to BBB requests to address the pattern of complaints.
On January 20, 2023, this investigation was re-opened after Balma Home contacted BBB Dispute Resolution department. BBB Investigations sent correspondence to Balma Home on the same date.
After multiple correspondence between BBB and Balma Home representatives, in which BBB requested information regarding where the company is registered to conduct business within the United States, and specifically the state of Texas, as of March 8, 2023, Balma Home has ceased communication with BBB, and the company has failed to address and/or eliminate the pattern of consumer complaints.
BBB recommends consumers use caution before purchasing any items from this business entity online as we have not yet confirmed this to be a legitimate business operation within the state of Texas or the United States.
