            The Dallas Morning News allows you to subscribe online, but not unsubscribe. I thought the *** had a law that required companies to allow you to cancel a subscription online in the same number of steps it took you to sign up for a subscription online.

            I have been subscribed to the *** for 50 years or more and have always enjoyed it. Never ever had a delivery problem! When it was bad weather, maybe a bit late. By comparison *** delivery and customer service **** plus management should be ashamed and/or replaced!I know so many of your unfortunate employees! They do their best and promise to escalate, up.They know it is an exercise in futility!.I read and hear so many other complaints, Why do stay? We are proud and blessed to live in Dallas County but embarrassed to have such an incompetent managed newspaper! The last year was awful and infuriating this is just the same!Your Stock owners are eventually going to find out what an incompetent company this is has become.I do hope this reaches a person who cares as much as I do.*********************
