      this car is a **** headache. This car lot is so full a you know what.i have a 2010 Buick Lucerne CXL OMG. Every Since i have had this car? I have not missed a car note. i have had not had this car a year yet? its been.having to have work done on it Since I had it!! I was charged $ ********* get it gg the lot? it did not even make it home. it lives on a toe truck? At this point the man Said take the ****************** to who ******.The car up? ****** Motors. had the car. **** now its sitting outside waiting to go to the shop once again. i have spent So much money on this car. it's really sad.I went n 3/27/2025. told the man i need my title. idk what's going to happen.I know I better have my title by next week or I will contact Legal aid n the lemon ******** going to go to war. I am going to sue the s*** out of the s*** out they *****. this is a ******** a** car lot. They have messed over to many people. i do not play about my hard-earned money.

      F*** these place they screwed me over 5200 for are vehicles I purchased and they ain't stuck by there word period and I get threatened over a phone

      This place is a complete scam they have lemon law cars and they are also liars he told me if anything breaks down on the vehicle that they have a mechanic that is there on Mondays and once I asked **** to fix the Cadillac converter **** goes to say the car is sold as is but promised me that if anything breaks down or if the check engine light appears he will handle it now I had only had the car for 1 day before the check engine light came on once I found out it was the Cadillac converter I contacted them and told them right away he was all on board with fixing it until his mechanic left the shop then he proceeds to tell me the car is sold as is when he never said that during our transaction not once so Im letting him know that the car needs to be fixed especially since thats what I was promised and hangs ** in my face and blocks my number and my husband number and also 2 of my text now numbers their was no way of me getting in contact with the lot to make my payment that Friday because I was blocked and he had sent me two different cash apps prior to this so I did not want to send the money until he gave me the okay but obviously I was blocked and he never unblocked me until that Monday morning when they came and took the vehicle from the hospital where I was and I called and asked why did my vehicle get repossessed he said due to non payment but there was no way of me paying for anything without the direct cash app I was suppose to send it to so I told him my husband can bring him the payment in exchange for the vehicle he proceeds to tell me that in order to get the vehicle back I have to pay $5000 which was my remaining balance which is completely insane so I told I will not be paying that and he told me to come and get my stuff out the car and when we did get our item they were soaking wet and a pair of headphones was missing out my bag this place is absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and ****** police go to there all the time due to things like this

      Terrible business and a scam they sell lemon cars and you could bring it back the next day and they won't refund your money back I am 6 months pregnant and have a 7 month old and a 7 yr old and they gave me a vehicle with no headlights the ** doesn't work the brakes were delayed and the engine always smelt super burnt. They wouldn't fix it then I just wanted to give it back they took it back and told me it takes 1-2 business days for a refund then day 2 came and they said they weren't giving me my money back.

      Word of advice for all ****** residents please listen I beg you I am a security guard that work two jobs over night at a hotel from Monday to Friday ****pm and during the day Monday -wendsday and Friday at .a library downtown a while ago ..THE WHOLE ****** WAS BASICALLY SNOWED IN I WAS PAYING JORDAN MOTORS 6MONTHS NEVER LATE ON MY PAYMENT AND THEY TOOK MY CAR THE SATURDAY RIGHT AFTER THE SNOW DAYS WHERE OVER ....SO MY ADVICE IS PLEASE PAY YOUR NOTE ON TIME EVEN IF ITS A HURRICANE GO PAY THEM ...I WASENT ABLE TO PAY OVER THE ***** BECAUSE AT THE CREDIT CARD MACHINE WAS ALSO DOWN ....I CRYED SO HARD WHEN THEY TOOK MY CAR .BUT PLEASE LISTENNNNNNN!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE *********** THEY WILL STEAL OUT OF YOUR CAR IF YOU ARE REPOSSESSED BY THEM PLEASE DONT LEAVE NOTHING IN YOUR CAR IF YOU FEAR BEING REPOSSESSED BY THEM THEY WILL ONLY GIVE YOU WHAT YOU ASK FOR BUT IF THEY FIND SOMETHING THEY WANT IN YOUR CAR YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN I AM A HONEST PERSON BORN *** RAISED IN ****** ***** ALSO BORN AT THE ****** ON ****** I HAVE NO REASON TO LIE ************************************

      If this carlot the one on good night in ****** these folks are conartist and robbing people for they hard earn money they are gimmicks they will say they credit card machine down to get u off track for they can say u late first time came got my family members car with no calls are nothing than try to charge double to get back he never missed a payment prior don't buy here!

      This place is a joke one thing for sure god said do not be greedy karma gonna come back to them they don't even try to work with you I never received a copy of my paper work put **** down on a car on December 21 the car broke down two days later hey it's a janky car lot so I knew it would need some work got a brand new Cadillac converter put on it mind you i haven't had the car two weeks coils and plugs 828$ worth of work yes I understand my payment was due on the fourth me and my family tested positive for Covid on the 1st so I didn't try to leave out call spoke to a man he kept saying it's fine it's fine just come when you can ok so boom the 7 th comes they took my car when I say my feelings is hurt like they have no compassion at all didn't even try to work nothing out when I came in the 7th I was ready to pay my note and whatever fees needed they told me I'd have to wait for ****** to call well she never called this place is just really a heartless money hungry place their family will be cursed for their actions unexplained situations will happen watch god does not play they will have to answer for their ways of evil y'all could of at least talked to me figured out what was the issue but they only care about themselves **** gone on a lemon car that I only had two weeks but god has something better for me . Just give me my brand new parts I had put on the car back y'all have no heart and full of evil this place is the devil's work stay far away I have four kids and just got back on my feet the last thing I needed was a car and I worked my tail off to save that money but I bigger blessing will come my way please do not support this devil work please and yes my payment was late 3 days y'all couldn't even work with me for 3 days it's just a place that does not care what nobody else situation is but sales is these broke down busted cars hope god has mercy on ****** and her family for her evil ways

      Horrible customer service my bill was due on 2/2/23 and at the time we had an ice storm in *****. I tried to call the automated system to pay over the phone but their debit card system was down. I told them I would be in the office Saturday to make the payment because their system has been down and I was not risking my life driving on an ice road. Mind you I told them I would come pay it Saturday TWO days after my due date because their system was down. They picked up my car and closed my accounts and advised there is nothing they can do. They have horrible customer service and needs to be shut down. I advise anybody to please stay away from them.

      That is a 100% lie and y'all just don't want to on up to your mistake. You have horrible customer service and when someone try's to call no one answers the phone. When you go to the office nobody is available or knows anything. Trying to get in contact with ****** is like pulling teeth. Horrible business that needs to be shut down

      Crooks. The trailblazer I got didn't even get me home!!! Please y'all don't be desperate like I was. Have faith in God he will bless you just whatever you do, don't give them your hard earned money. They have numerous 1 star ****** reviews and should be shut down.
