    Goodmorning, These are my findings as well as the ****** Dodge dealership of Greenwood Ms. I have supporting documentation of each finding and cost. 1. Vehicle Outside A. Driver's door noisy (the rubber was damaged around window and on the door.This should have been notice while installing tint.The window wasn't cleaned before tint installed. The door panel isn't properly secured it's shaky. ************ under driver's side door handle. C. No Val stem cap on tires. D. Back left tire covering damaged E. SRT Badge gone on back right wing F. Hellcat Badges on right and left side panels ************** Stripes missing on lower back bumper H. Front bumper has two paint mistakes I. Carbon Stripes (Decal Fascia is sloppy and mis-cut J. Belly pan K. Weather **************************************** Passenger ***************** top Interior hanging 2. Inside ******************** Tech lied about these items. They were NOT REPLACED! A. Head rest B. Arm rest console. (Only replaced the top that open and close) C. Back seat arm rest. D. Tint streaked up, not clear (safety issue) E. Trunk Factory Speakers and box. ************ doesn't blow 3. Multi- Point Inspection A. Coolant low B. Air filter cover left unsecured and just laid halfway covering intake air. ?? C. Fuse panel top not closed D. No sensor for horn ************* left un- connected Forest Lane Dealership put my family's life in danger after entrusting repairs, safety, and professionalism. I informed Service Manager *********** would drive my car back to *********** once completed. The vehicle was given back unsafe. I will need additional space for documentation.

    Dear BBB, Forest Lane has lied. The matter isn't resolved. In fact, Forest Lane Dealership has only referred me to voice-mail services. No reply after 4/16/2024. The ****** Dodge Dealership of Greenwood Mississippi service Department has been unsuccessful in contacting Forest Lane. It's raining in my car due to parts left off and weather conditions. I'm now accruing rental fees of $52.00 daily because of these issues. Please don't close my case. Please hesitate to contact me. Also if this case can't be reopen. Please advise I will file again. Forest Lane paid for the inspection on 4/15/ 2024 but no parts or labor from findings. After submitting 11 summary and receiving payment Forest Lane lie about some charges the work was performed sloppy or not at all. $49,000.00 look at the video and pictures the inside seats are horrible back panels wasnt replaced, speaker was stolen while in care of Forest Lane. Horn ,sensor, radio just static, weather Strip and so much more completely horrible!

    The dealership has not responded or fixed my car. I sent a letter of intent to sue to notify them of possible action in future. My car is parked and not in use.  This is also a hardship. If BBB can proceed with arbitration, I'm willing to try and make an agreement on resolving this issue. I haven't received any correspondence from dealership as of yet. I was told the dealership didn't have to respond or work with BBB. I would action taken against them for the fraudulent activities committed against me and my vehicle while in their care Thank you.

    We addressed the items allowed by the insurance company estimate. The estimate has been revised multiple times by the insurance company as the original estimate was going to total loss the car. To keep the repairs below the total loss threshold revisions were made by the insurance company. The owner didn't want to return the vehicle to us after picking up the vehicle for a re evaluation. A complete renewal of the vehicle simply wasn't available in the insurance budget.

    I am rejecting this response because:  The car control panel stop working because of parts that were removed and not replaced or improperly replaced.  The wheels still scrubbing, and the dealership told the adjuster that the original factory wheels would  solve the problem. As previously stated the car was taken to the dodge dealership in ***********. ******** Dodge dealership tried to contact Forest Lane for repairs invoice and payment, but were unsuccessful after many many attempts. ******** **** called me and ask if I  could called and have Forest Lane return dealership call to secure payment. This was never done. After inspection the vehicle is unsafe to drive.  Forest Lane returned us a vehicle that almost cost me and my son life. They're negligence to pay attention to the repairs details is just inexcusable. Not solve at all

    Forest Lane lied, they didn't even preform the carpet shampoo and deodorizer. Look at the glass still in carpet.  The car screen is not functioning. I want a complete refund on services paid for and not render at ALL or improperly and unprofessionaly preformed. I have provided proof from the smallest to the largest detail on Forest Lane. My car is a safety hazard and not in use since I had it inspected. I had to purchase another car because of Forest Lane Dealership's negligence.

    Couple months ago I reached out to the dealership bout a vehicle. With my credit score I was denied. Weeks later I received an email from the general manager bout a purchase. I emailed them back and said there was no purchase. On 3-14-2024 I received an email from a bank which said I was purchasing a 2014 ***** Civic sedan. Cost $12,000. Letter attached said I was denied credit. Salesperson sent my information in without my consent and knowledge. If that application did go through and approved I would be on the hook for this car I did not see or was interested in purchasing.Salesperson needs to be fired.He was trying to reach his sales quota.

    Dealership did nothing wrong.  We received the lead and did all proper steps with *********************** communication. She did an online application,  which is notated in the communications (under dealertrack) .  She did not meet the proper income requirements for an additional auto loan.  Her current auto loan has mechanical problems and she was not trading.  We let her know and she got very angry.  See all communication in document.

    I am still receiving letters from this dealership for vehicle financing. Even my co signer is receiving letters from the dealership. and with the multiple inquiries have affect his perfect credit score and my credit score.

    If they would stop and remove the inquiries toward my credit score and my co- signer's credit score. I will be satisfied.

    If they continue I will seek out other remedy.

    I purchased a used 2020 Porsche Macan S from Forest Lane Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on 12/5/2022. My customer # is ****** & deal # is *****. I originally went to look at this vehicle on Sunday, 12/4/2022 while the dealer was closed. I noticed a nail in the tire on this day, 12/4/2022. When I purchased the vehicle on 12/5/2022, I brought this to the attention of ***************************, who was my sales person. He advised me that they will replace the tire with a new tire. I left the dealer in the loaner car since it ended up taking 2 days. When I went back to pick my vehicle up, I noticed the tire was a different brand than what was previously on there. I purchased the vehicle with 4 Pirelli ************ replaced the tire with the nail it with a Nexen tire. I brought to ***'s ************** said "they couldn't find the same tire". I left the dealer & came home & found the same Pirelli tires online at several retailers. I called Sia back & was advised to contact a manager named ****. I contacted **** twice in December 2022. I reached back out to *** on 2/13/2023 to follow-up & asked for assistance to get into contact with a manager. He again told me I would need to contact ****. I asked for ****'s contact info & have never heard back from ***. I called the general phone # at the dealer last week & asked for ****, the manager & left a voice message.....I have not heard back from anyone as of today, 2/23/23.I am looking to get reimbursed for the new tire I purchased at ****************** in ******, ** on 1/25/23 for $330.00 ($417.18 with labor & taxes). I attached the invoice for your reference.I bought the car with 4 Pirelli tires that matched & would have liked to received my vehicle as I purchased it. I feel the transaction with my tire has been very shady & the cheapest tire was bought in order to save the dealer money!Pics of the old tire with the ************** tire, the Nexen tire they put on & the invoice from ******************.
