    Purchased a truck 9 months ago and still have no plate . Every time we call they put me on hold . Very BAD place to buy a vehicle

    I waited over a month for the truck to arrive. Was called the day the truck arrived. I was told a price and sent over the breakdown of the purchase, showed up to the dealer and given the sheet with the out the door price, signed the sheet, finished getting insurance set up and ********** all loan docs only to find out that the price i was quoted and signed which matched the website could no longer be honored. Tell me what kind of bad business this is to not honor your advertised price. The manager comes out and says sorry i cant honor the price even though we agreed on it and was told they would rather lose me as a customer than lose $4000 over supposed extra dealer add ons that were not advertised or spoken of. I wasted an almost two hour drive. Complete and total bait and switch. I purchased my 2020 *** from them, but i will never return to this dealer again. No longer a customer after the absolute worst experience.

    I brought my car to the dealership on May 2nd because I heard a rattling noise whenever I go over a hump they did a full inspection on my vehicle sent e the diagnosis it was over 8000 worth of work need they file a claim with my warranty company they approved 5000 worth of work picked my car up May 10th 2 days later my engine light came on I still heard the same rattling noise also noticed that there was something hanging from back of my car it was the license plate compartment which they stated that I need bulbs to go over license plate brought car back May 15 they did another full diagnose on car they come back and tell me I need more work done to car that the diagnosis they did May 2 because the computer in my car wasn't updated it didn't catch it so the work need was again over 7000 worth of work that's impossible this dealership has been the horrible service department I had to encounter with I'the manger made up every excuse to accept accountability for the things they Mechanic did in order for me to bring my car back all they see is money they are not concerned with the customer they just in for the money I wouldn't recommend anyone to bring they vehicle to this Dallas Dodge dealership ship it's a rip off and they will do something for you to return in a couple of days

    This place is horrible. I have a fleet vehicle that went in Dec 2023 because of a ticking noise. they checked it out gave us a quot for ***** dollars to repair the Cam and Rockers on the motor. we paid to get it fixed. We got the vehicle back the first part of Jan 2024 and not even 10 days later the tech was driving the van and it blew apart the Intake of the Air Filter box and never ran after that. We had it towed in they wanted ****** to due a diag on it. I approve ******** fee but said they need not to tear down any more than what they had just repaired because that is where the issue was in my instincts start where you just were at. It took them almost a month to tell me what was wrong a cam sprocket was broken and I received a repair estimate for ***** dollars. They said they need more tear down time and I said no because why go any further in depth when you say it was a sprocket. I told them I was not paying ***** dollars for there mess up and they need to fix it. So they then came back with a new estimate a couple weeks later for and additional ***** dollars and a additional quote of around ***** dollars. When all this should be covered under warranty. They don't want to take the responsibility for the garbage work they do. no reason why my Boss should have to pay ****** dollars on a vehicle that was running fine when we took it in. Now they want to charge us to put it back together so we can pic kit up. Don't take you vehicle to this place.

    Horrible service department, most in part to **** the "manager". Refusal to honor extended service warranty and lied regarding parts being ordered. In addition, it was discovered previous service charged was not performed. **** also refused multiple times to speak to ** leaving the service tech to relay his negative responses with no real explanation. Read all the reviews and run!

    I am adding a review since it was encouraged by BBB to leave a review instead of filing a complaint. My truck was towed to this dealership on the 6th of November and it took two days (8th of November) for them to tell me what was wrong with the truck. After being advised on what was wrong with the truck (needed a new engine) and given a price, I told them that I did not want to pay the price, and that I would pay the invoice for the diagnostics fee so that I could take the truck elsewhere to get repaired. The representative told me that he would search for lower engine prices and would call to let me know what he found. The representative never called back with pricing and I was forced to call for updates in which every time I called, no one knew what was going on with the truck, or even the person that looked at the truck. While on the phone, I would get transferred while in mid conversation without notice. I was sent to the wrong departments and they wouldn't answer the phone. All I wanted to do was pay my invoice and they made it extremely hard to do so. Yesterday, (14th of November) someone gave me lower engine prices after I called and finally got a hold to someone. I still just wanted to pay the invoice and take the truck elsewhere. Today is the 15th and I was just given an invoice to pay for the diagnostics fee after 4 pm. This was the most horrible experience.

    While at this establishment I was told by a Waco that my car had been broken into once my husband & myself went to pick it up and noticed it had been vandalized medical equipment stolen, personal things one including gift from my deceased father I've made SEVERAL website reviews and a Derek Johnson reached out to me direting me to contact him using his phone number but when i did & do he NEVER respond so i pray you can help me i have pictures and screenshots of my car and phone text
