    I brought my car in to be serviced at the business's service department about 2-3 weeks ago. The reason for my visit was due to an issue with my hazard lights, specifically the hazard lights would flicker and turn on and off by themselves, even when my car was turned off.I brought my car in to have them fix this, they told me that what needed was a whole new Break light assembly kit. The person who was handling this service was a man named ***** in the service department. The charge for this service was going to be $448.88 for everything including labor. I was assured that this would fix the issue and within another hour the kit was installed.I left that day not seeing the hazard lights blink so it looks like everything was all set. The next day however the issue continued and my car died again due to the hazard lights, so I immediately reported the issue again to the business so I could bring my car back in. They told me to bring the car back in so they would keep working on it, and any further payments needed on repairs would be credited against what I had already paid and the rest would be refunded. This was told to me by a woman named ****************** believe who also worked in the service department, After 4-5 days I got to bring my car back in there, and after 3-4 days they found that the issue was due to a pinched wire in the dash and fixed it free of charge since it was a small fix, and since then the hazard lights have been working fine.The problem now is that the repair is done, they will not get back to me on the refund that is needed/the money that I was charged for the brake light assembly kit that was not needed and did not fix anything. I have reached out to the dealership multiple times and get told that someone will get back to me but they never do, or just placed on hold for ***** minutes at a time. Right now it seems like this business is just keeping my money and is doing everything in their power to pretend that i don't exist.

    I purchased a car with them which was certified pre owned. At the time I wasn't aware of all that came with that option. I only received 1 key. My husband kept asking why I only received one key and i didn't think much of it because thought maybe some cars only have 1. I went to a dealership to seek service and an extra key and they informed me that with CPO I was supposed to get an extra key along with car mats. I wasn't sure about the car mats but when i looked on Hyundais website at the checklist it clearly stated 2 keys are supposed to come with CPO. When I mentioned the dealership people laughed and said they're known for shady business like this. I called them and the guy looked me up in the system and said he would have ******** call me back since he sold me the car. 2 hours later no call. I call back and ******** answers surprised I called and wasn't even aware of the situation. At first he claimed he couldn't find me in the system but his coworker found me. When he pulled it up he claimed since it's been 2 years since I purchased the vehicle he can't tell if I'm just trying to come up and be dishonest about not receiving the extra key. That ****** me off because I have no reason to lie and it's not about the money but about the principle! He claims he'll send it up to his manager but I already know not to trust that because they clearly lied to me already about getting back to me. My problem is the fact that he told me it was only one key at the time of purchase without even informing me that I'm entitled to 2 or even putting the key on the " we owe" form. But wants to turn around and act like I'm lying about receiving 2 keys. I spoke to a sales friend and he explained to me how things like this work and why people lie because it may come out of their check when they weren't responsible for the loss of the key. And as a an understanding person if that was the case and he was honest and said something I wouldn't be as mad but he questioned my integrity.
