    In April 2023, we contracted out Firefighter's Finest Moving and Storage (FFMS) to pack up our furniture from our ********, ** home, store for 1.5 months in their storage facility in ******, ** then deliver and unpack in our ********, ** home. We were adamant during the quote and even pack day that we wanted to purchase additional liability insurance to cover any damage that might occur. We did this primarily because all of our furniture is quite expensive. FFMS acknowledged our desire, but on move day, while they were busy wrapping our furniture, they asked me to sign documents on their iPad that were just "customary" and they needed done quickly. In light of this, we went through and signed their documents. One of the ************************************ to sign (empty box - sign here) was a decline for additional carrier insurance. While packing our furniture, the leader of the moving team told us they ran out of shipping blankets and were not able to completely wrap two remaining items - but they would wrap them when they got to their storage facility. Upon receipt of our furniture in ********, those 2 pieces of furniture were the last to be placed in our home. The team returning the furniture knew they were both damaged, and they did not have furniture blankets. Again, the delivery crew leader presented us with an iPad saying we needed to sign all documents quickly in order for them to leave. We told them about the damaged items, they said "no problem" you have 30 days to report damages.When we reported damages and pictures, the coordinator that we were sent to did everything in his interest to basically deny our claim, showed us where we did not accept coverage even though he agreed that we intended to do so, etc. We asked for the two items to be replaced simply because they were damaged and not repairable. FFMS irreparably damaged a $3,500 table and a $2,500 table, overall $6,000 in damages. This does not include damages to our new home where the delivery crew dragged items on our floors, ruined wall areas and even one crew member tripped and fell with one item while in our hallway because of carelessness.

    **** and his crew did and excellent job on getting me moved they took great care in handling all my belongings as if they were their own they never slowed down for a minute until my move was complete this is my second time to use your company and it wont be my last I am a retired firefighter myself and spent seven years in the furniture moving business. On my days off so I truly know a great company and what to expect of them in my own personal move keep up the great job guys!!!!
