      Had schedule for pick up on the 19th of July to move my belongings from ***** to ******* And was quoted $2489 In which was requested that I paced $830 deposit that day to secure pickup Which I did through a PayPal account that they sent me Which I did through a PayPal account that they sent me They never came out to my house and inspected anything or any furniture but I did send them pictures of all the belongings that we had that I had already boxed up and had together in a corner. Once the movers got there on the 19th they told me that it would be an additional $2000 to move my belongings giving a total of $4489. I told the movers that I was not gonna pay another $2000 for a move that if I would have known that I would have never booked it and would have gotten me my own truck and move my own stuff they called their supervisor and let them know that they were not picking up my belongings. On the 20th I called the company to request a refund for the deposit that I put down they did not answer the phone and I left a message did not receive a call back Then I called again on the 25th did not answer my call and requested a call back with no call back I called a different moving company they reached out to that moving company and was told that they were in route of my belongings which was a lie and picked up the phone right away that moving company said try calling them from another line so I use my daughter's phone and call them and lo and behold they picked up the phone they gave me an email address to file my complaint which I did They replied back that at a good Faith they would not charge me or put me in delinquents account for not paying the additional amount even though they do not lift a finger on my stuff And said they would give me $208 back of the $830 that I had paid I have still not received the $208 that I paid and have been under tremendous stress from this moving company and their unprofessional business that they are running And it's to the point that I'm fixing to file a lawsuit against them for personal damages and the request of my refund. I've got to go to weeks without furniture and sleep on a blow up mattress Because of them. I would not recommend them to anyone not even if I hated them they're like Spam they want your money but don't want to do anything for you unless they're gonna go and pay more than what they told you from the beginning

      I specifically asked the manager if their movers knew how to move a sleep number bed. They stated yes they would have no problems with moving it. The movers actually wrapped the air mattress and the base together. (That would be like wrapping and moving a mattress and box spring together). They attempted to push the bed through the door several times. After a bit I asked them to stop. At that time I noticed they had the mattress and base wrapped so tightly it was bending in the middle. I told them to take the plastic off. After they removed the plastic wrap I pointed out that the base of our bed was cracked from where it was bending. Of course he said it was already broken, which it definitely wasn't. The bed wasn't even two years old and it had never been moved. I had to show them a video on YouTube on how to properly move it. I actually had to remove the air myself and remove the magnetic pieces that hold the mattress onto the base. They didn't bring enough blankets to move one of our televisions, one large lamp, several boxes and several pictures. We moved from an 1100 square foot home so we didn't have a ton of stuff. We had to continue moving our stuff after they left. We moved into a new build and had just done the final walk through, so we know for a fact the house was in perfect condition. The day after we moved in I noticed a pretty large scratch on our front door. Just having done the walk through I know without a doubt the door wasn't scratched. Of course I cannot prove it was the movers but it was clearly them. It's a new home and they are the only ones to move stuff through the front door. I notified their management and they offer $149 credit, which still hasn't happened and it's been 7 weeks! I've been emailing them and calling them weekly.

      I issued a $149 credit on 3/7. Another credit for $150 was issued today. I apologize for the issues you had with your move but the credits have been issued back to you as agreed.

      I notified you via email that the 149 was never received even though you sent me a credit "email" I emailed you a couple of more times after that and left a voicemail letting you know it wasn't received and you might have sent it to the wrong credit card. You didn't respond until I took further action and contacted the BBB and posted a review on Facebook. It's terrible that it takes a negative review to get a response. I acknowledge that 150 was finally received yesterday.
