      I am having trouble with an account and the companies lawyers are telling me that I paid off my loan, but the company is telling me. I have not the loan off. I talked to the manager and he was very rude and did not give me a solution. He was less helpful in customer service itself. I asked him about the department who talked to the lawyers because I wanted to know if it was a mistake or not, and he told me he couldnt give me information because I did not have access to the account, but he was being very rude about it. REMOVEDhas been so far, so good with supreme lending up to now the past three people that I have to have been extremely rude and laughed at my face.The manager itself. He had to be more helpful, but he was less helpful than the last three people that I talked to. out, whether or not my wire money had gone through, who is responsible for this mistake?       If I could give a zero star rating I would. We applied for a VA loan and were approved initially. 3 days before closing we received the loan disclosure and we agreed to the terms. The night before closing, our lender was pressuring us to use his insurance guy because he can pull a favor without telling us what it was. We contacted our insurance agent to get in contact with the lender. Our insurance agent stated that what Supreme Lending wanted to do sounds unethical and he did not feel comfortable with proceeding g because he did not want to lose his license. After looking at reviews on trust pilot, this is common for Supreme Lending to do. They bind you to a cheap insurance policy without your consent to make the loan numbers work on the loan document. We missed our closing appointment and our lender never followed up with us to let us know we wouldnt make it. We rescheduled closing three times due to Supreme Lending offering different scenarios that was asking us to put down 15k more than we agreed to. The lender could not and would not communicate with us to let us know where we were in the process. He could not explain how we ended up in this scenario and said it may have been an oversight in the beginning. This business seems shady and unethical, buyer beware.

      I have been harassed by this company for months on end with them calling me over 200 times and leaving messages on my phone multiple times a day. I have never applied for a loan with this company and I have called them twice to ask them nicely to remove me from their list in which the rep said they had me remove but that same day received 3 more calls all with the same robo message. This is unacceptable spam and needs to be addressed immediately.

      This is a harassment company. Call centers call 8 times a day and usually the computer hangs up. When someone is there, they can only read a script and do not even know the name of the company they are calling for. Took me a while to figure out it was Supreme Lending so I could complain. Not sure how I got on their list. I am not looking for a loan. They just call constantly and harass. Number rotates so blocking does not work. No way to stop them!

      Theyve called my phone number 52 times today from different numbers when I call back they pick up the phone and hang up on me. I dont know how they got my information but Im not looking for a home loan and have zero financing needs.

      Their computer systems have "messed up" multiple times leading for us to get phone calls and emails, that things are delinquent with our account. When we call customer service they are AWFUL. They are rude and continue to mess up and do not take accountability.

      I had a really good experience with my loan officer REMOVEDHe answered my phone calls right away. Was patient in answering all of my questions in buying a home for the first time. Everything came out as expected (interest rates, expected house payment, etc.). Even the guy who prepared my loan for underwriting patiently stayed on the phone with me as I went through all my questions with the loan process.
