    I renewed my contract with American Service Pets The bill is $76.00 minus my 10% coupon $7.60 thats $68.40 + $5.64 tax Total $74.04 $25.00 was debited separately which is ok However they added a Rush Order $9.00 and *********** Letter $9.99 both I didn't request I don't need a letter till 10/1/25 that will be sent via Email Also they debited $32. 46 separately which I didn't request I emailed ***** ****** at ************************** she said I had to call Customer ********************** at ************ I talked with them and she assured me I would be refunded all the extra charges That didn't happen All the charges went through my card If they refuse I want to cancel the whole order get a full refund and go elsewhere Please help me with this Thank you **** **** **************

    They deleted the seperate charge of $32.46 but the other charges and the 10% discount are still outstanding which total $28.79 I called The customer service rep said she would pass it along and to wait till Wed  6/25/25 I would be notified at that time She said it will either be approved or denied It's not guaranteed I will let you know asap Thank you for your help Judy Webb (469) 887-0283

    Order processing: American Service Pets aims to ship packages within two business days using USPS First Class Mail.
    No guaranteed express shipping: While they ship quickly, they don't appear to offer specific guaranteed express shipping options like 2-day or next-day delivery as some other companies might.
    First Class Mail Delivery: USPS First Class Mail typically takes 5 business days or less for delivery, although this can vary. American Service Pets does offer ways to expedite the process for acquiring an ESA letter and receiving items, though they don't explicitly use the term "Rush Order" with a specific added cost. (This was on the internet)

    American Service Pets has refunded all the extra charges which makes my total $107.27

    Thank you for your help I was getting nowhere the customer service rep said I didn't UN-CHECK boxes for the printed letter and the Home Training for Max so I was charged for these services Which doesn't seem right shouldn't you CHECK boxes for what you want? Anyway I want to close this complaint I'm very satisfied with the resolution Keep up the good work Judy Webb 469-887-0283

    American Service pets is a scam. They rejected me from there service but have still charged me $29.99 since June of this year. When i contacted them through there website they gave me the run around and acted like they were gonna help me stop whatever service they were supposedly providing. The person i spoke with ended the chat telling me i need to sign up for another service to finish the process. My bank is taking care of everything but i cant imagine (im 39) how many seniors and other people being ripped off by these fly by night services feel. Its so wrong. In the Desired settlement section of this complaint i would have put Fraud if it was an option. Thank you

    The charge that Mr. ***** is speaking about is the **************, that is the courses that is done online and it is a monthly subscription that you have to subscribe to I am showing when he placed his order it was done with a agent and they explain this during the call. From what Mr. ***** is stating that he contacted the company about the charge I do not see any notes that he called and spoke with anyone about it. I also show that he have did a dispute with his bank and that suscription charge has been canceled.  To cancel the subscription you would have to call in to our customer ********************** to discontinue that subscription.

    I paid $99 for my service dog paperwork! They messed the order and took the money but never produced the paperwork then refused to give me a refund!!!

    On 5/15/24 I received an email from the business "Order Order Confirmation" order # ****** dated 5/15/2024 for *****. also same date "order Conformation # ****** for ********, *****, I responded to these emails on 5/16/24. I responded to these mails on 5/16/24 saying I didn't want to renew this service. On 5/16/24 they responded back saying thank you for my email and please ************. I called and talked to a gentleman who said he could help me after I asked for billing. I explained what was going on and asked I be refunded my charges for ***** and ***** that had been charged to my debit card. He said he would take care of it and should show credits within 3 days. I called this am to say they credits never occured. She, *******, said that it was automatic renewal and was not refundable. I asked why I was never notified of this in advance, she said I probably was notified in April. I asked the date she did they have record of this.I'm very frustrated with this. I'm 74 and I feel these companies prey on seniors. This type of business model should not exist, Also this notification 30 days prior should be available.

    Pt called in 5/15/2024 and spoke with a agent and wanted to cancel auto renewal and wanted a refund a refund request was put in on that date . Pt says that he emailed in before about the auto renewal and he was informed that he would have to call in to cancel it over the phone verbally we cannot cancel auto renewals over the emails. When Pt called in the auto renewal had already went through. Once auto renewals are processed it is non refundable and it is also stated in the emails they send out multiple times to inform the patient about the auto renewal so they can call in and cancel. Pt did call back on 5/23 and spoke with a agent about the refund at that time the refund request had not yet been reviewed and she informed him that the auto renewals are non refundable because of the emails that are sent out prior to let the patients know about the auto renewal. On 5/29/2024 refund request was reviewed and it was denied because auto renewals are non refundable and because the emails was sent out ahead of time to inform patient about it give enough time to call and cancel. Patient also emailed in on 5/30/2024 and agent emailed patient back about the refund.
