Notably, a search of the Texas Medical Board did not show an active license for Dr. McClung.
The BBB Code of Advertising also states, “Claims relating to performance, energy savings, safety, efficacy or results for a product or service should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data.”
As of April 11, 2023, the business has failed to substantiate, modify, or discontinue the challenged claims.
