    After my husband paused our joint account, all of my progress completely disappeared and GMAU continued charging us. When it was brought to their attention, their customer support was completely clueless about how the program operates, denied that we had ever used the website to pause our account, and then refused to issue a refund for a charge that they were provided proof of, stating that they had no records of charges to our account. BEWARE OF THIS SCAM and do a simple ****** search before signing up or you too will face a banking nightmare like we are.
