1 starI was persuaded to sign up with Thryv under the promise that investing $3,400 per month would generate overwhelming success for my business. I was told this was the optimal amount for performance. Unfortunately, after four months and nearly $14,000 spent, I received zero return on that investment.There was no measurable benefit, no qualified leads, and no tangible impact on my business. When I raised my concerns, the only response I got was, Weve never experienced this before. That kind of answer is unacceptable when this level of money is on the ******* a business owner, this experience has been gut-wrenching. I trusted Thryv to help my company grow, and instead, I feel completely misled. I hope this review helps others avoid the same mistake.Thryv

1 starscam! We didnt sign up to renew the contract and havent used the software and are being charged for it. Called to try to get it straightened out we were told that we had to put in a cancelation request, never once through the multiple people we spoke to did they tell us that is how we had to cancel things. Our office manager was out with her husband who had cancer and one of the sales **** tried finding out who would be next in line to be manager if she quits so they knew who to talk to. We feel like information was withheld whats the point of renewing or not renewing a contract if you have to do something completely seperate for opt out doing business and getting charged multiple thousands of dollars for a program we never used once.Review fromdonald H

1 starI paid for this service signed up when i wanted to cancel they just keep stinging me along they never cancelled i didnt us the platform and they keep charging me and calling saying I am going to collections even after I spoke with the representative who signed me up ***** and explained to him why this service did not work for me and no longer wanted it he was supposed to have submitted my cancellation request but obviously never did and he does not answer his phone. it has been a headache trying to cancel once you sign up they charge you hundreds of dollars for something I never used. I just feel stuck and never should have tried thisThryv
