On the phone with recruiter *** they told me I would receive my $375 payment in 3 days after my study was complete before I confirmed to be in the study. After the several diary days and shopping and video they had me do I got a message days after from the head if the recruiters named Rosslyn that it would be 2 till 3 weeks. I messaged them a few times because *** told me otherwise. They reassured me it would go through in 2 to 3 weeks. I was skeptical because they already forgot I was in the study and recalled me days before the diary to see if I was interested(*** called me again), and Rosslyn also reconfirmmed with me I was in the study already that they were doing more phone calls looking for males when I am a female and always have been. Already insulted and can tell they are disorganized I made sure to send emails to confirm I was getting paid. So far I have been ghosted with the last email being July 3rd. They promised they would tell me more that week and then decided to tell me it would be the week after on Monday. Very sketchy. I just want to be paid. I took time out of my days and went shopping and took videos and pictures at the store for them to just ghost me.Customer Answer

I completed a study in April and was never paid. After three weeks of emails I finally received a response claiming money was sent through third party however after I set up an account there are no funds available and never received any notifications regarding monies sent.Customer Answer

I was scheduled to participate in a research and the recruiter ********* ******** canceled me less than ************************************************************************** last minute and although she acknowledged that I was right and entitled to compensation she said that she needs to ask for it. I participated in two separate online research studies conducted by Murray Hill National and have not received the promised compensation for ********* early May, I took part in an online automobile survey study for which I was supposed to receive $25. Despite completing the study as instructed, I never received payment.I also participated in a separate online research study regarding medications, for which I was promised $125. This is for the MHNMRS2230~Over the Counter: Study. I attached the details about this study that shows my email communications. The project manager was Rossyln *******. I showed up to the zoom meeting on time but researcher/moderator wasn't there when I arrived and I waited for 15 minutes.
