I paid of a car and I want them to mail me my title. They refuse! Said **** is an electronic state, I have to go get it from BMV. All false! I've had many titles mailed to me and I can't go to bmv I just want them to give me the title I paid off the loan and they refuse, said go to bmv and pay for it. I have an email from them saying choose if u want it in the mail or electronic, I tried to pick mail and it won't let me fill it out.This is all lies because I've had other titles mailed to me but they will not do it. I have no time to go to bmv when they can mail it. I paid the loan! Highly recommend any other company you can find but them.

So I accidentally paid the wrong amount from my debit card and the payment cleared right away, when I called chrysler cap they told me they couldnt give me my money back. After I filed a dispute with my bank then crys cap decided to be helpful and told me so wait til the next day and send them proof the payment cleared then they would send me a check for the amount I paid. So I called today and sent them proof from my bank with yesterdays date on it. They then said it wasnt good enough and that Id have to send something with todays date on it from my bank. I said that I cant do that since the transaction was from yesterday. They then said sorry we cant do anything about that and the proof will be rejected til you can get something with todays date on it. Luckily my bank gave me a temporary credit for the money while they do their dispute investigation. I have a bad feeling that chrysler capital is going to fight the dispute.

I have been paying a car loan with SANTANDER Consumer USA since ***************************************************************************************************************************** sight.

My mother passed 5/2023 at 86 yrs old..then my Dad passed 92 6/2024, 3 weeks later owing less than 2 yrs on her auto...After sending in court papers saying I am the executor of the estate and reaching out through numerous phone calls ( on hold.. for hour) and a few emails to their "estate ***** no one has gotten back to me on this. I'm afraid when the car is paid off Santander will not release the title. After reading so many horror stories on how they treat their customers and no response from them in almost a year.. I don't trust them. I'm having my attorney contact them... it's a shame I have to spend money to get answers to my question about my deceased mother's auto!. Terrible!..sad and the payments are on time! Warning to consumers don't use.. trust them they do not care about customers.. interest rates are criminal in my opinion

Santander *** ****** is horrible! I had financial struggles almost 2 yrs ago. They repos my car. Said it was 120 days late. It was 90. I paid them all the $ requested and got my car back. Paid on time every month after. Originally was over $10k. Not its down to lil over 2k. Havent been late it almost 2 yrs. Found out few months back after getting my car back they listed it as charged off on all 3 credit bureaus. My timely payments havent updated at all for almost 2 yrs. They refuse to fix. Said if Im over ******************************************************************* All the while Im paying my car note every single month on time and early. Shows highest balance $0. Charge off amount $2k and some change. Im pretty sure its some sort of tax write off or why else do this to consumers? They literally destroyed my credit and my life is ruined for years. I have disputed so much, and they know the loop hole obviously. It did come Off of 1 of my reports , but equifax wont remove it. They are misleading anyone who looks at my credit report. Worse company ever! They know all the legalities of it, and use them to their advantage. They are waiting and ready. Lots of civil suits going on against them. Pls never use Santander ***. Theyre truly awful. My credit scores are awful bcs of them. It would be understandable if I couldnt make payments. I made them on time for 2 years but shows charge off.

The car I purchased was almost 8k I ended up getting Santander as a lender I've paid well over 9k so far just to see that I still owe almost 7k when I've been paying for this car for 2yrs I called an the lady said oh your charged interest every day if you pay late I showed her where I've paid multiple times 2 or 3 months in advance they claim all the money I paid in 2 years was for interest that never stop adding up do not do business with then I now have contacted a lower because they will not allow other car loans to buy me out my loan so they can continue to rip me off.

I was with this company for four years and had impeccable payment history, and I traded in the vehicle and the dealership sent them the payoff, but they sat on it until my account went past due, forcing me to make a payment then the day after they paid off the loan. Then theyre making me wait close to two months before even considering issuing a refund I hope I never actually I will never do business with this company again and highly do not recommend anyone doing business with them

We paid my daughters car off, completely paid the loan. It wasnt repoed. She missed a few payments because she lost her job after getting pregnant. They put charged off as bad debt on my credit, not paid off. This is ********* disputed it with the credit bureau. Still havent received the title to her car either. This company is useless.

Worst bank Ive ever had to deal with! I cant even get someone to take a payment on my car! No one speaks English. Im looking for an alternative to get as far away from this lousy business as possible! Beware dont do business with them.

Scam. There need to be some regulations in place for companies like this. I understand that we, the people, have a choice not to deal with companies like this, but maybe, at the time, it's our only option. Please put some laws in place to protect people from scamming a** companies like Santandar. Have a great day!
