      Ordered two bras for my wife, one in regular size, one in plus size. Fresh out of the shower she tried on the plus size, it fit perfect, she never opened the second package. We returned it, first it cost us $7.90 to return the package, then a few days later we get an email that the return was declined, that the bra had deodorant stains and pet hair. It was never removed from the package, impossible. I requested a management review, next day I get the same answer. But they did offer to return the bra to me, if I would pay them $10 first. Absolutely the worst experience ever, avoid them at all costs.

      I ordered several items from Her Room that unfortunately did not fit. I returned them unworn, unwashed and with tags on. All of the items except one were refunded. When I inquired as to why, they advised me that it was unsellable due to a stringent burn odor. I fail to understand how that could be as all I did was try it on, put it back in its package and send it back. All of the items were sent back in the same package and obviously there were no issues with the other items. I dont even know what a stringent burn odor is or how that could happen. I have requested a follow up with a manager/supervisor and will not be ordering from this company again.

      DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never been treated as poorly or lied to by any other company in my 64 years on this earth. They claim, with no evidence provided whatsoever, that the underwear packages I returned were damaged. Two of the packages were UNOPENED. They are ripoffs here to steal your money. I would have selected zero stars if that was an option.

      I ordered several swim suit tops and bottoms over a 2 week vacation period while in ********** and in various sizes as I was not sure which ones would fit me best. I kept 4 pieces and returned 5 pieces in the same package as directed by customer service. I received a refund for 4 of the pieces but not the fifth, a swim suit top. When I inquired, I was advised that a refund would not be issued as it had a stringent burn odor. I have no idea how this could happen as I tried it on, determined it didn't fit and returned it unwashed, unworn and with tags on. There were obviously no odor issues with the other 4 pieces which you'd think there would be since they were in the same package. I don't even know how a burn odor occurs or what it smells like. I have emailed the company as I don't believe I did anything to cause the odor, if there actually is one. I have requested to speak to a manager/supervisor for a full refund but reading other similar reviews, I don't hold out much hope. Never having had this issue before, I now know what it feels like to be scammed! The only way I can actually know what they are talking about is if I pay to have it shipped back to me. I'm not interested in paying more money and getting an item that doesn't fit. And it definitely did not smell when I returned it. Since there are so many other similar complaints on this and other sites, perhaps they should consider looking at the internal operations and what happens to these items once they are received by the returns department. Are they actually unsellable and donated? I guess it's a " he said, she said" situation at this point and will be considering legal recourse.

      I ordered two of the same bras and tried one on and it did not not fit. I promptly returned in the original package after 60 seconds of wear and they are repeatedly saying the items are in unsaleable condition and will not refund. This is a terrible terrible company of scammers. I cant get any satisfaction.

      What do I ************ STARS. ZERO. Buy elsewhere.Worst customer service. Ever. Even knowing this was my first time purchasing. It really just did not matter. I think?....I KNOW. the ******* Needs to begin reading these reviews.
