1 starI also have a TVM case with this firm. I have been calling twice a month, after I have been told my case was settled. It is always the same answer, "we don't have the funds, and we don't know when we will receive them" This has been going on for almost 6 years. Very disappointed.

1 starI am a Disable Veteran. This firm has been holding my Bards IVC settlement for almost two years. I have called and called to no avail. No one will call or return messages. They don't even answer the phone. I have been told that the VA is the hold up. Not true! I have personally spoke to the VA and explained my financial hardship and was told they were waiting for the proper documentation from the law firm. The Law firm received their monies immediately when the settlement was reached. Now I have to beg for my money. I have many medical and financial issues, and I need my money. Shame on this law firm. We are sorry to hear that you are frustrated, however it appears that there is a misunderstanding. There are 3 separate VA matters that must be resolved in your case. The Texas VA issue has been completed as you mention, but the California VA has not been responsive to this point. We are currently working to resolve this matter. Until this is completed the law will not allow us to disburse the remaining settlement funds. 1 starThey have had the settlement funds for my mom's Pradaxa settlement over two years but continue to make up reasons to not disburse. Now they will not even return calls. They have been promising "next week", "next month", "next quarter", "by year end " for well over two years. I have a feeling they plan to keep those funds. Since they will not even speak or email I do not consider them an upstanding firm.Nachawati Law Group, PLLC

1 starMy Round up case has been pending for years. Now I get messages from them saying it is dire that I call and when I do they try to sell me a ******** Advantage Plan - which is have NO interest in. Very sad and very frustrated. My late husband died from Lymphoma and now to be treated like this? It looks like they are victimizing victims, a double whammy here.Nachawati Law Group, PLLC

1 starI have had a case with them for a long time on the Bard IVC filter and I have to this day heard anything from an attorney, I am beginning to wonder if I made a mistake using them.Everytime I call for a update it's always the same they are working on getting the packets out by the end of this year which is a little over 2 weeks so I praying that this is the truth. 1 starRegarding the Talc case - now that the Bankruptcy is ******, I can't seem to get anyone to speak with me. I received an e-mail asking me to sign on to a Portal and all I'm calling to find out if that portal called HONA is legit and is from Nachawati Law Group however, no one is calling me back to clarify that information. The receptionists answering the phone are unable to confirm that information - that's all i need - confirmation!!! this is unacceptable. 1 starI am in the same boat as the person before me I am in the Que but never receive anything. I have called begged and pleaded for the to send me something to confirm where we are and what is going on always give me the run around. My whole life is on hold till I get this money. Now I feel like I have wasted all the time to get them the info and signed things like they wanted accepted agreements and now nothing. I am really disappointed in them. Don't know what to do now. 1 starI have signed with them on a class action suite, signed release forms , they recieved the funds. But nothing , they do not return emails. I call and have been told Im in a queue , been for 6 months . When we were supposed to have funds distributed by end of last year. Its one thing or excuse after another. They have the funds now so they could care less for their claimants it seems. *** sent a certified letter , next step grievance and complaint. 1 starI am just like their client ******* that left a review. My case hssyslresdy taken over z8 years. I think theyre hoping Ill forget do they can steal my money. They told me my case was in lien resolutions and could take from ***** months. Well all that time has passed and they never ever contact me with updates. I am so regretful and horribly disappointed with choosing Fears Nachawati. Bad attorneys. They dont care about their clients.
