  I am soo highly disappointed in this law practice! I was involved in the ******** case. They kept telling me they reached a settlement and hopefully it would be dispersed before the end of last year! I've been calling them and waiting and waiting and finally 8 months later we got the news that they finally dispersed the money....I received a Whopping 300 dollars! Wow...that's so unbelievable! I waited over 8 years....had numerous phone calls...had to sign numerous documents....sat through over 8 hours of what felt like an interrogation!!!!! I am so highly disappointed in them...what a slap in the face!!!! I would Never recommend them....it shows how important I was to them ....lol....what a joke!!!!!

  I have a hernia case with ******************************* ethicon they implanted me in 2010 with faulty hernia mesh so I hired this law firm as my lawyers I have not had a revision surgery because the mesh has got so in Tangled inside of me that surgeons are scared to operate on me because they think they will make it worse not only that but I also have a blocked trachea I have to have my airway unblocked to have the operation so they lied about their product didn't tell the doctors are the hospitals implanted me with it and now have caused me double jeopardy! They want me to have surgery on my windpipe to clear the blockage before they ever try to operate on the faulty hernia mesh that is in ******* inside of me meanwhile 60 to ****** won't even touch what I lost I have suffered every day of my life for all of these years since 2010 why ***************** don't fund the class action I lost the house everything I've owned I've suffered for years and I want to know that they are prepared to take this to court and sue these people I just had a mild stroke all of these problems I've had with my health have all started from the faulty hernia meshI would like to get some of that money so I could re-establish my life and at least live the last few years I have left without being in pain and suffering I want somebody that's going to push the issue when these people are trying to let everybody die before they pay them I'm definitely not going to settle for just anything after losing everything I've lost and I want to know my lawyers got my back if we decide to take them to court because I have more than enough records in evidence to win this case straight out

  Everything that everyone has said in all of the reviews are true...They tell everyone the same thing, We are waiting on this to be paid or we are waiting on the funds or the people you are suing to file it with the court whenever they feel like it..Just found out today that our case was settled out of court,that was not what we were led to believe...After you sign with the attorney that will be the last time you will speak with him because he will not call you...The two lady's who answer the phone i will not say their names are rude and have no knowledge of anything that happens at that law firm..If anyone of you that has had this law firm and it has been years with the run around please contact me lets get together and see what we can do by law....well it would not let me leave my phone number,So maybe you can contact me by my work texas veterinary passages *************

  I hired Nachawati law back in July 2022 for my *********** case. I cannot say anything bad against them. They are a **** *** professional firm. They understand what I am going through. When I call them for updates on my case I always talk to someone. I would like to mention the following ******* is so sweet caring and professional she always answers my questions an explains things to me she truly cares. Then my attorney ******** she took time from her schedule to do a conference call to go over my case and explained everything to where I understood. Again she truly cares is very professional and understanding. Then the paralegal ****** he is great I filled out an old PFS an needed to do another one. He called me an helped me to it over the phone. Again he truly cares is professional an personal. I would highly recommend Nachawati law to anyone needing their services.   Poor communication lack of attorney client support refuses to let me talk to them keeps putting me off now its were waiting on them to send the check there always excuses and Im told different things by different workers I find this company to be slacking very poor results so far its been at least 5 yrs

  I hired this law firm on behalf of my brother back in 2017 for a *** filter case. If it werent for me calling them I honestly dont think I would ever receive an update. A few weeks ago I was told that Natchawatti lawyers want their money too so they are trying to get it fixed so that they can go ahead and pay those who already submitted their settlement packages. I was told to be looking out for an email from them. Today I called again for an update and another woman all but called me a liar when I told her about my prior call. I tried explaining why its so frustrating when Im told different stories which happen frequently and she just talked right over me. She was very rude. I said whatever and she said dont you whatever me.. so unprofessional! I think its all a scam. Someone needs to step up and sue this so called law firm for malpractice.

  Everytime I time call to speak with someone regarding the Bard IVC settlement I get the same response Ive been getting for years. I dont believe they were team members they seem more like customer service representatives that dont know much. Just like customer service **** they tell you different things, and then when you call back and relay what you were told on the last call they act like youre lying! Read all the complaints they are ALL the same. Funny it takes filing a complaint with the BBB to get to talk to a lawyer that youre paying more money to than you will be getting in the lawsuit. I cant figure out how thats fair to the claimant. The ladies they hire to answer their phones are paid to say anything to appease. They are not team members. ****** is just rude and unprofessional. She all but called me a liar when I told her that the lady I spoke to previously told me something different. Wow! We know the attorneys in this case have already been paid and others in the lawsuit have gotten their settlement. Wish I had never hired Nacthawatti law firm.

  My wife hired this law firm in April 2017 for an IVC filter claim. She submitted all relevant documents regarding her broken IVC filter and its removal. Two years later, the firm informed her that, according to their records, she never had an IVC filter in her body and required her to undergo a CT scan to verify it. She complied, took the scan, and submitted proof ******** November 2023, she was notified that the case had been settled. However, as of today, February 2025, we have received no further updates. Despite numerous calls and emails, we have been unable to reach anyone. Their phone line is always busy, and they never return calls or respond to emails.This level of service is unacceptable. We are deeply concerned about the handling of settlement funds and question how this law firm maintains an A+ rating with the BBB.

  I would highly recommend contacting Nachawati Injury Lawyers if you find yourself the victim of an incident. I was t-boned by a stock trailer and suffered severe neck and head damage. I contacted Nachawati, where I was directed to **** ****. He was so thorough and started my case immediately; made sure I was getting the proper treatment and even set up an MRI for me. His team set up my doctors appointments and made sure I got the physical therapy I needed until I was back on track. ***** team made sure I got the settlement I deserved and that my medical expenses were covered. Having a wreck is traumatic, but making sure you get the right care should not beso I would highly recommend Nachawati!!

  I have been waiting 8 years now for this case to b resolved only to b told today that they r waiting for a deadline on the payout of the settlement. Im in financial *************** this money. Im renting a room for ******* son. I need to get my own place. This waiting game is ridiculous. Im starting think im being played by this law firm. I never hear anything from them. I have to call n always get the same answer. The sad part is that this law firm has 1 star or less on this bbb site. U would think with ratings that low, they would change the way they do business. Seeing that they r making 40 percent off every client. They got their money. Where the heck is ours.
