    I ordered a necklace from corporate/*************** about 6 months ago. It was taking a while to get delivered so I contacted them to see if they knew what was going on and they said it had been delivered.. I contacted ***** and the package was delivered to someone else. It wasnt even my name that was signed. Their website stated that their products were 100% covered by insurance in the shipping process.. the employee I was in contact with even said to me it looks like the delivery driver signed for it himself. So, even with all of that they are threatening me with legal action. Not to mention, this necklace was well over ***** dollars. Ive even started receiving nasty emails today from an employee. So even with 100%) insured products, an employee stating it looked like the delivery driver signed and me contacting them about never receiving it Im getting nasty emails and threatened to be sued

    I ordered a necklace in November 2022 and never received necklace. I contacted them and the name that signed for it wasnt even my name. They said their jewelry is guaranteed to be insured during shipping. The employee even said it looked like delivery driver probably just signed for it. Even after all of that ** receiving nasty emails and threatened to be sued because I told them I wasnt going to pay for it until I recieve a necklace Im not going g to call them a bad company or anything like that. Ill let whoever reads this decide if they want to purchase from them or not

    *******, to say I'm disappointed would be a gross understatement. You are certainly entitled to your review and opinion, but your side of this is completely false. All items are sent ***** 2-Day with Signature Required. ******* called to say he did not receive item. The tracking on ***** website showed a signature that ******* said wasn't his. As we have stated to ******* over and over, we have always been on his side, he just refuses to follow through with the proper insurance and legal process. We filed a claim with ***** immediately, which was denied by ***** because they sided with their driver. ***** investigated the claim and the driver stated he got *******'s signature. We have secondary insurance to cover ourselves for situations like this. We wanted to send ******* a new item immediately but there is a proper legal process that must be followed. ******* also claimed he had Ring camera footage, which he never provided to ** as well.My secondary insurance provider requires the customer to state his side of what happened, sign and have notarized. Not only did ******* refuse to follow through with what was legally obligated of him, but he disappears for months at a time with zero correspondence. I have documentation that we called and emailed ******* 20 times between November 2022 and June 2023 to no avail.What ******* fails to understand is legally I have to assume he received the item because he never followed ** with the insurance claim. Customers with a balance and zero correspondence after 3 months go to collections. I have stated to ******* several times that this could have all been avoided had he simply completed the one thing that was legally obligated of him by my insurance company.******* refuses to cooperate. I have even offered to take him out of collections and give him a refund for any payments made already if he would complete the claim.Instead of taking 5 minutes to get his statement signed and notarized, he would rather waste everyone's time writing a bad review of us when we have gone above and beyond to try and help him. It really is a shame you decided to take this vindictive route as opposed to acting like an adult and taking some responsibility.
