I have recently learned that Apex Fintech Solutions took over the holdings from Bumped.I was sent an email on 2/14/2024 from Apex stating a Tax Document was ready.I then attempted to login in but found I needed an account number (which I was never given) to setup an account. On 2/19/2024 I was given my account number. I made several attempts to get a password sent, but was never sent. Today I was finally **** to register and see my account, only to find out that my account has been wiped out. Looking into the history, Apex has been removing $15 per month for the past 10 months from my account. When I contacted them and explained that I was never notified that there would be a fee they said the 2/2023 statement had an insert stating this. This is very unfair as they know I was never registered to see that statement until 2/27/2024.

Absolutely disgusting company. A company called ****** went under and my assets were transferred over to this company. Honestly I had <$100 in my account and the entire account was liquidated to pay the $15/month fee without my knowledge. No wonder they have a horrid reputation worldwide. I'd like a refund for all the ridiculous fees I was charged without my knowledge when NO SERVICES were rendered to me. They're worse than any financial institution.

The business sent the check to the wrong address. Their agent helped me cancel and reissue the check but the $5 fee was not communicated to me whatsoever until after I received the check and inquired about it. Please make it right and send me a check for $5 as it doesn't seem right to deduct a fee with 0 communicaiton.

My name is ****************************, I had opened an account with loved for myself and daughter, since the account was sent over to Apex clearing, I have been making efforts to cash out our money and, in the process, my account got zeroed out due to monthly fees. I am now trying to cash out the little money that is left in my daughters account to no avail. A representative **************) on December 18th that I had to request a check less $5, and I did . The system showed that the withdrawal of $255.11 was supposed to come in the form of a check. After a month I did not receive a check, i have noticed that the money has again reduced. On February 9th, 2024, I tried to request a withdrawal for $220 which is less than the amount left in the account, with $20.40 to cover the check being mailed overnight. That request has been rejected. I again called your phone number and was told someone will reach me via email. Finally on February 09,2024 i again requested a check less $50 to cover the overnight fees, for $190.40. Till today February 16th i have not received it. All this while requesting the tracking details. I get yelled at on the phone by customer service, got an email from a ******************* stating that the check was returned. And that she will mail the check and provide tracking details. I have to state that No check was returned. I invested college money in a custodial account called Loved about five years ago. It went out of business and was bought out by Flyte. I forgot about it and noticed that APEX took over Flyte after it, too, went out of business. They will not help me on the phone to login in. They sent the account numbers; however, that does not work. I need to get this resolved as we have college loans due.

Your business simply will not stop sending me mail that does not belong to me, despite multiple messages sent to your organization. Most recent mail piece attached. *************************************** no longer lives at ***********************************************************************. Any further mail will counted as harassment pursuant US federal and state legislation because your business is ultimately responsible for the communication it sends out.

    Customer Answer

    Date: 02/29/2024

I am rejecting this response because the business claims "Apex would like to thank you for notifying us of our customers mail and we have taken appropriate efforts to contact our customer and encourage an address change and or other. Apex recommends that you follow the standard postal mail protocol by contacting your local office and or notify your postmaster of the unwanted mail, thank you." Please note that your organization was previously alerted multiple times and that postal mail was already notified many times of the unwanted mail. Please note that repeatedly sending unsolicited mail, especially when asked to cease doing so, is prosecutable as harassment under the appropriate legal codes.

    Customer Answer

I am rejecting this response because the business is unaware of legislation prohibiting nonconsensual harassment, particularly after multiple communications with the business. The business can be held liable for all and any damages pertaining to this situation.

I had an account on Bumped. They went under back in January 2023 and my assets were transferred to Apex. My apex account number is ********. Apex then proceeded to charge me admin fees effectively bringing my account to zero dollars. This has happened to hundreds and thousands of other people in similar situation. Apex is effectively stealing all this cash from consumers. It may not seem like much (~$26) but when you factor they did this to thousands of customers, those dollars add up for apex. It was not clearly communicated how I could get my account liquidated in time or was it communicated there was fees associated with the move to Apex. Apex will say its in the fine print but they did very little beyond that to communicate this to bumped consumers.

I used to have multiple custodial accounts in Flyte/Loved, which when shut down went to Apex clearing. I have tried contacting them many times to gain access to these accounts, but every single time I have tried I have either gotten no reply, or when I do get a reply the email is invalid when I try to respond. I want to get my custodial accounts back, so I can have the assets that are in them.
