      It is baylor billing responsibility to be proactive to follow up with anthem insurance to have correct billing code covered under preventative with no deductible for Assay of Prostate Specific Antigen Total, since it was billed on annual visit 1/11/2024 Thu. I have followed up with significant amount of hours between anthem insurance and baylor billing and not get resolved, until resolved by taking significant amount of my time as patient and customer with my several follow up to ********************** billing. I have been customer of ********************** since 2004, bring good business to baylor every year for annual visits, and expect better customer service than this very poor customer service. This one of the reason I did not come for annual last year with Baylor for same billing related issue. It happened on one of the visits, the doctor agreed not to bill certain item, I believe Vit D lab test not covered by insurance, since I have regularly taken vit D supplement. My doctor did not see issue for having the Vit D lab test, Baylor billing still bill me for this. I asked my doctor not to bill and not to put in lab order. Since this experience every year on annual visit, even doctor already said remove from lab order, I have to ask lab tech to check, to make sure Vit D, not included in the lab test. This unpleasant experience resulted same cost of me as customer, I have to spend significant amount of time to resolve it with several of my follow up to baylor billing to fix it and have it removed from my bill. I asked baylor to be responsible to pay for my time and this very unpleasant experience for $150.Please see 2 attachment, showing my effort and time put it to resolve this by 2 phone calls followed by 2 chats conversations to insurance, which should not be happening. This should be baylor billing responsibility Thank you BBB for helping, that *** be useful for public, not to have same unpleasant experience like me, and have Baylor improve their paying customer experience.

      The worse care ever received. Doctor would not listen to me. Stated was going to order 4 lab tests, she ordered ********************************** their hospital facilities that had an uptake of 400% more charge than an independent lab. Requested to have tests performed at an independent lab and was told "NO." Three of the labs have exactly the same ICD-9 code and the same CPT code. Phone calls to clinic manager, patient Relations and customer service never returned. The reviews from other customers are as bad as the experience I had if not worse.
