    Downloaded an app for a trial that automatically signed me up for auto renewal without informing me. There was no notification and I was charged $66.65 without my consent. Upon seeing this, I emailed the vendor requesting cancellation and a refund and they are refusing to do so.

    This company has continued to charge me monthly fee for a product that I am not using, and I assumed it would end at the endof the year, but they have now charged me again this year I have not chosen to have this product

    I signed up for actitech to track my fitness and Am incurring monthly charges but am not able to cancel. The phone numbers are a scam ************ just hangs up after one ring And ************** is the toll free option and it just tells me I am eligible to win 100 dollars if I don't select the 100 dollar winning option it hangs up on me There are no other options for cancelling my subscription

    I signed up for a free 7 day trial and immediately cancelled as it was not what I expected. I cancelled the subscription within 24 hours on or about 10/19/2024. They charged me about $34 today (10/26/24). I attempted to call them and the man kept asking me for a credit card and credit card number. He refused to ****** my subscription on their end. He tried to offer me other stuff which I refused, but he would not take my email and cancel my subscription without credit card. I did not sign up using a credit card, but through ******. I have cancelled on ******, but have heard they will continue to take $$.

    I filed a complaint earlier which I just noticed was being resolved. Ive been off the grid recently if you will as Ive been battling cancer and the things that go with it. Finances is 1 and I just found another area where this same company has been getting me. I simply need the money back in my banking account. Thank you for all you do to help people like me!!!

    This company was a scam. Billed me out without my authorization nor my knowledge nor my consent.

    this company keeps charging me for I dont know what. I think I had asked them back in June to stop.

    I paid for the yoga-go subscription after seeing the 30 day money back guarantee promise. After getting into the app, I realized it was not at all what I expected. I immediately canceled my subscription and sent a request thru their website to receive a refund under the money back guarantee. This all happened the same day, 8/28/24.They canceled the subscription from auto renewal, but said all sales are final and they would not refund my initial payment. I attached the picture of the page at sign up which clearly shows 30 days money back guarantee. This is EXTREMELY misleading if they are not in fact offering this. I also shared my receipt and their response regarding my request to refund based on the 30 days guarantee. I do not see how this is even an issue when it so very clearly states that guarantee is available on the payment page.

    Fraudulent billing. I did not sign any agreement with this company they tried this last year and I finally got it canceled and I cant now theyve started it again and I cant get it canceled this time for some reason38.95 monthly 4 months. I have sent 3email to their support

    Signed up for a seven day free trial. Missed the deadline after seven days and tried to cancel the app through App Store. No way of canceling through them. Tried to cancel using the yoga app that I was supposed to be paying for and there is NO WAY of doing through the app settings. Tried to call the number directly after researching the company and discovered the number auto forwards to a company in ****. Tried an alternative number and they are out of business.
