Just another seller execution from ***. This isnt even MY piece of furniture! When I called, the customer service said there is no way the driver would have left garbage and my neighbors can in front of my driveway. Well, heres the evidence and your review to boot. Friday morning, December 13, a CDW garbage truck was entering our alley and in doing so ran over the corner of my alley and destroyed a large rock boulder I had placed to prevent people from continually driving over my grass.I contacted CDW and while they had me fill out a form, they have yet to reach out to me to apologize or offer compensation for the damage they caused. A neighbor witnessed the difficulty the driver was having coming into the alley and while he did not directly witness the driver running over the rock he came back shortly afterwards and saw the damage. I have also shared this with the company as well as his contact information. I am also attaching the original quote for the installation of the rock, which was $150 and is the amount I am asking them to pay.Most importantly to me, this company's complete lack of professionalism and lack of customer support in not following up is completely unacceptable. No one has apologized or addressed the steps they are taking to make sure this does not happen ******** I just supposed to let them run over and destroy my property whenever they want? *** takes your money monthly, but does not provide service, ach and every time. As a customer, they refuse to listen. Yesterday 12/5, the trash truck knocked down our trash bin. We have 2. We were outside at the time and picked it right up and they saw us. They drove off instead of hitting the little button to extend the arm and pick it up. I called and because the guy driving the truck reported it, they would not come to pick it up. So, I am paying for a service they refuse to do.Initial Complaint

*** has no problem drafting the monthly fee for trash and recycling, even though they consistently fail to provide the service. We've gone as long as three weeks without a pickup. This has been an ongoing issue, and most recently, *** had to call seven timesyes, SEVENonly to hear a range of excuses like, Someone will come tomorrow, We cant reach dispatch, or A manager isnt available. The excuses never end! And dont even think about canceling your servicethey make you email them, but good luck getting a response. This company is an absolute disgrace!Initial Complaint

Or was for these company to dump my blue trash bin they have been dumping it previously they dumped the neighbors and left mine a call. She said that it was tagged it was tagged not every week. It was just tag one time and it was so tagged that the tag wasnt even on there anymore Also, she told me to dump the blue bin into the other band if I wanted them to dump the trash, but they are able to dump the blue bin when they come and pick up the trash bin at least to satisfy the customer and so that trash is not sitting in the other bed for more than a month and Ive asked them to please take it and they just refused to do it and want me to go play in the trash when this is their job so I am frustrated with this company and I havent even got any resolution on what to do other than to dump the trash and other trash when its simple for them to dump the trash when they come and get the trash, they can do that in a refuse to do that and Im not going to touch the trashInitial Complaint

Hello, my name is ***************************, I am the office manager for *************** located at ****************************************. On Thursday, March 28, 2024 around 8:40 AM, two garbage trucks, which were not servicing our business, drove through our parking lot recklessly & slammed on their breaks, which resulted in tearing up our asphalt. I went outside to confront the situation, but the garbage men employees did not engage with me, instead they continued to stay parked in our parking lot until they were finished doing what they needed to do. Promptly after they left, we reached out to Community Waste Disposal via telephone in which they advised me to send and email with pictures of the damages. I reported the damages on the date of loss with pictures on 3/28/24 to *********************** I also re-submitted the claim form to ***************************** with completed claim form on 5/9/24 as I was never advised by ******** or supervisor ******* that we would need video proof. *************************** advised me to wait to submit the claim form once we had someone come give us an estimate for repairs. ******* and ******* said we needed pictures of the damages and the claim form to be filled out and submitted and these are the only requirements needed in the claims process. Supervisor ******* said they would submit a check for repairs. Two weeks later I then finally got in contact with ********************* who said that they can send their contractor to our business to estimate the damages. I told him we were expecting a check as that is what we had been advised and i would need to speak with my owner before confirming their contractor come out to re-assess. I followed up and spoke with ********************* who said we needed video evidence of the damages to process the claim. He said that their GPS does not go back more than 30 days and they have no proof a truck was ever on our parking lot. ********************* acted inappropriately with me over the phone and in emails, then denied our claim.Initial Complaint

Over the past three weeks(every Tuesday) out trash has yet to be picked up, and each time we have to call in order for the trash ti he picked up. This most recent time was the main issue that caused this complaint- on 12/27/2023 we called CWD as our trash was not picked up but our neighbors cans had been emptied. The First **** we talked to apologized and said shes not sure why it didint get picked up but she would send someone back out, to which I told her the bulk trash and recycle bin was picked up it was just the regular trash that was missed. Today-12/29/2023 I called again as the trash was never picked up, and this time I had the unfortunate luck of talking to a lady named ******* who made it her point to tell me how it was my fault it wasnt picked up, how Im just incompetent, and unaware of who or what is at my house. This was all because I told her that when we called the 27th the work order was put out again, but never completed. Well ******** informed me that the ordered got cancelled at 5:05 pm due to- excessive boxes, too much trash in the can, and the can was too close to a car. I informed ******* that everything was picked up that morning except the main trash and that there hasnt been a car in the driveway since noon that same day. Well I guess that upset her as she started telling me how could I possibly not know whos at my house and that she is looking at the notes saying that I had a car there. I asked her to just review the call from earlier that day as everything but the mail bin was done and like the First **** said, she was unsure why just the main vin got missed. Sadly nothing got resolved with this company, and the poor quality of customer service really is a bad look for a company thats been around for 40 years.Initial Complaint

When I get home on 4/24 as I was trying to to move from the corner of my driveway I notice my trash bin was not empty and I immediately went on the website and a question about it. I received a follow up call on 4/25 and was told the trash will be pick up. I called back on 4/26 to inquire about it, three rep claiming that their trash person have video showing that my bin was empty and maybe someone put trash in there. I asked to see the video, they refused, stating they dont show video to residents. Furthermore, the customer service is at negatively and they are rude. Tree limbs were cut from two trees at our home address stated above. They have been there since 2/21/23. Going on a month of brush being placed in front of our home. I have called week after week and statements have been week after week stating this brush will be removed. And just yesterday it was suppose to have been removed by the supervising manager himself, but it is still in front of our home. We are now getting letters from our HOA about being fined. Every week Recycling Trash collection truck workers ignore our garbage bins. They just collect garbage from neighbors sidewalk ignoring ours. I checked my house security camera and noticed that trash workers are picking a few bags from our bins leaving 90% of garbage in the bins. We tried to talk to workers a few times but they refused to listen. We are very reliable with recycling garbage. Our family is new to this neighborhood but it does not mean they have to treat new people like that. Very disappointed about trash service. Even our new neighbors pointed out that our garbage is ignored most of the time. 311 complain did not work since they have 3-5 business days window to complete their work, which is already another recycling collection day.Business Response
