    I am rejecting this response because:   I did purchase the protection plan for 5 yearsThe protection plan is telling me that this is a manufacturer defect that should be covered by the claims department. The claims department is telling me it is  considered accidental and should be covered by the protection plan. My protection plan info is as follows.

    Customer has already agreed with our **************** agent for a technician visit to assess the issue with the bed, customer did provide us with the pictures needed to process the claim. 

    Dresser was delivered 5/2024 in perfect conditions, no damage, and 3 months later sent us a picture of the drawer face, what looks like something bump/feel on the face of the dresser and damaged it. 

    Modani is not responsible for damages done after delivery. Pictures attached show the item delivered in perfect conditions, and the damaged done 3 months after unfortunately is a damage due to usage by client, and as the client did not purchase a Protection Plan for accidental damages, no actions can be taken, per our Terms and Conditions.

    As showed on pictures provided, the damage is not manufacturer, it was done by the client during usage 3 months after delivery, therefore client has to continue the claim directly with the Protection Plan customer service.

    I am rejecting this response because:  this is your protection plan and you can speak with them directly to get a resolution. How can you be sure this is not a manufactured defect? Are you saying thats normal for the dresser draw to break 2 months after purchase?

    Also we let both the Modani claims department and the protection plan that this happened when using the draw. It came apart when pulling the draw open. As seen in picture it broke from pulling draw open. If it was bumped, wouldat it be dented? Wouldnt you think they could at least come look at the furniture to investigate.

    I am rejecting this response because:   

    I am surprised they could not share the video I sent them showing how the slats move inside the bed frame. Regardless of the mattress size or weight, no slat/platform should be floating in the bed frame. The technician they sent did inspect the bed and said they cannot fix it. This response is different from "Everything is correct". I did inspect the bed in the store after it was delivered to us and their slats did not move. I have used the same size mattress that the store has used for display. Moreover, where in the product description has it mentioned the minimum mattress size and weight?

    The doors on the buffet that was delivered need adjustment. I have the product 2-3 weeks.I called and sent pictures to the customer service and there reply was Unfortunately They dont service ,if you did not see the problem when delivered.

    Modani terms and conditions provide a 7 day period after delivery to report any defect or damage upon arrival. 

    If defect or damage occur after this period **************** needs to evaluate the possible reason for this issue to have happened.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. pite my best reasonable efforts, I cannot get any response from Modani.

    Modani **************** received a claim thru our Claim www.modani.com on October 20th 2023 ( Friday ) our **************** Department can only reply within 24-48hrs after receiving the claim, Monday thru Friday .

    Customer was contacted back October 23rd ( Monday) during this conversation we apologize for the inconvenience, and advised customer our next shipment ETA is currently 12/2023 for this model, and provided as compensation a 10% Store credit ( $200) from his order for the inconvenience. 

    October 24th, Customer accepted the Store Credit, and Store Credit provided, as well as ETA 12/2023 for replacement pieces pending to be delivered, our Representative advised the item currently has ETA 12/2023 - and *******. will keep track of the shipment in case there is any delay, to what the customer agreed.

    No further actions pending on our end.

    There were over ***** tables sold without any issue, so Im the unlucky person who got the defect table. Your answer is unacceptable and it shows how bad your customer service is. And again, as I said, marble table cant be curved up and you lied to your customer about the material. Ill let everyone know about this and tell them never buy at your store.

    Customer Service spoke to customer last week, and advise the table is in fact, as advertised Marble, our production has not been reported any manufacturing defect with this model, and we sold over 2K quantities of this table with no issue. 

    Purchase was delivered 1/2022 - No additional Protection Plan/ Insurance purchased with sale. 

    Any damage reported after the 1year of use, is no longer Manufacturing defect.

    Modani has advised and ensure our client the material of the table is Marble, we have our production confirm as well on records the material used for this model. 

    Item was delivered over 1year ago, therefore is not applicable for claims.

    Chairs ripped apart, only one year old. Worst quality products. Poor management and customer service. Do not get on phone or call you back to help.

    Order delivered 2/2022 - Per Modani Terms and Conditions, customers have to submit a claim within 7 days of delivery.

    3/2022 - First Claim submitted - Replacement Order Issued and Delivered.

    4/2022 - 2nd Claim Submitted - Customer was offered to keep the chairs AS Is for a 25% Discount or Replace them again

     Customer Agreed to keep the Chairs AS IS for a 25% Discount,

    Customer was advised if accepted, this item would no longer be eligible for any future claims, and accepted. (Conversation screenshot attached) 

    Refunded to his original payment method (Financing) 25% Discount - $332.24, 

    6/2023 -New claim for the same item, Customer was advised, per agreement made ***** and 2 months prior, no further actions can be taken on our end. 

    Modani followed all Terms and Conditions of this Sale. 
    No further actions applicable.
