  "My mother bought plots at this funeral home over 20 yrs ago for the whole family 8 of us, when my brother died 8 years ago, they sold his plot and didn't even know it was purchased it was a nightmare on top of a nightmare meaning my brothers untimely death my mother has recently become very ill I'm her son, caretaker and I have the power of attorney 2 weeks ago I went up there to speak with maria the family councilor about future arrangements she could not find my mother's records anywhere in the computer nor my father and brother are already buried there mined you after being there 2 hrs.' her boss had to dig in there cellars to find my mother's records I asked her to scan them in the computer update their system with our records (had one of us died our records where stored in the warehouse they would of never known they haven't scanned any old contracts into their computer system) make me copies of all the forms or email a copies to me, I have never heard back from her after several attempts of contacting her I called and spoke with Luis the funeral director their and he apologize and PROMISED he would call back the next day or two and resolve the issue no one has called and I'm getting no answers from that place!" ...
