            On 8/17, Master Builders *********************************** Foundation Repairs (www. mbrgfr.com) came to our home to do foundation work. On 9/3, we noticed a sinkhole that was caused by a cut in the sprinkler line where the foundation work was done. While they did several repairs on the lines they damaged while they were there, they refused to come back and repair the damage that wasnt noticed until later. They did not at all deny causing the damage, but refused to come back and fix it because they didnt have a crew in the area. The example they used was that if they found diamonds or gold while doing the work, it would be ours, so the problem with the sprinkler line was ours. I dont see how this applies to them not taking responsibility for the damage they created, damage that ironically would cause future foundation issues if not repaired. Very disappointed by the utter disregard to the property damage they caused.

            MBR was recommended by the realtor on our new home purchase. A representative visited to provide a quote on the repairs needed. When the crew came out to complete the work outlined in the estimate, most of the work included in the estimate was not completed. I contacted the representative, as well as the main office multiple times for incomplete work, resulting in multiple visits, rude responses from the representative, and apologies from the business owner. By the time I gave up on MBR providing any quality work, the representative had instructed the foreman to stay on site until payment was received, regardless of customer satisfaction, essentially strongarming us into paying without confirming the work to be satisfactory.
