We did speak via the telephone, myself, my husband and our contractor were on speaker with Mr. ******* Unfortunately we were not able to come to any agreement. He was loud, talked in circles, kept being up irrelevant details. He did say we could pay $6000 and that would be half of what it would take, however his last quote was $8500, not sure how thats half. The contractor wanted to try and speak to him again, but I know BBB needed an update. I will read to find out next steps. Thank you. he ****** make matters worse, we have now been dealing with this issue for months, and each time Bedrock returns to assess the situation, the cost for repairs increasing. It is unacceptable to expect the homeowner to pay any amount for mistakes caused by the companys own negligence.I am respectfully requesting that Bedrock Foundation take full responsibility for correcting the foundation work at no further cost to me. I don't think it's fair to pay for a job that was never properly done in the first place. I just want a safe home. My home continues to show signs of structural stress, and I am deeply concerned about long-term damage. I hope the BBB can assist in resolving this matter quickly and fairly, before the situation deteriorates further. If additional information and support is needed for my claim, please feel free to reach out for our contractor contact information. Pictures are also included in the complaint. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

They did the work that they stated. I have requested multiple times a drawing of where they have put all of the piers. It has been a one sided conversation. I have not received a phone call back stating anything about providing this. After the outside was done, then I found out I needed 5 more inside. That was not in the original proposal. They also put piers under a 3 sided structure that uses the side wall of my house but is not attached. to the house. Why? I ended up paying for piers that were not needed. I did not think this through before the work begin. Also not having any drawing hindered my thoughts on what was actually being put in. If they want to issue a partial refund they may contact me.

    Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2022/12/06) */
    to whom it may concern:
Bedrock did work at 202 Cedar View, in Rockwall, Texas
in May, 2022. The work was done professionally, and the initial
inspection was accurate. Our production supervisors would have mentioned it when they performed the work, if there were other areas of concern.
The work was done ALL THE RIGHT WALL, and THE FRONT HALF OF THE LEFT WALL.
In July, 2022, we inspected the property and found another area needed repair, not connected to the original work:
MIDDLE OF THE FRONT WALL THAT IS RIGHT OF THE FRONT DOOR ABOUT 18 FEET ONLY.

Bedrock will honor our warranty on all piles installed. If the owner requests another inspection, we will do so and explain further. There was nothing missed on the first inspection, and we have no control on other areas of the structure.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I am not having an issue with the work done. My issue is that you can not or will not provide drawings of where the piers were placed. Also the piers of a free standing structure that should not of been installed. Those were a waste of time and money. That is why a drawing would of prevented that issue.
