I am filing a formal complaint against Revive Essential Oils regarding 2 defective wall diffusers I purchased from them. The diffusers do not function as advertised, and, in addition, the wick inside the diffuser completely absorbed a full bottle of an expensive essential oil I purchased directly from Revive.Upon contacting their customer service, I was met with refusal to issue a full refund or replace the lost essential oil, despite the fact that the issue was caused by a defective product they sold me. Their unwillingness to take responsibility for their faulty merchandise and the financial loss I incurred is unacceptable. They have in writing expressed that I can get a refund for the wall diffusers. This has taken several days to get clear communication. I have not received a refund at this time. I request that Revive Essential Oils either refund me for the essential oil that was completely wasted due to their defective product or provide a replacement bottle at no additional cost. I believe that businesses should stand behind their products and honor reasonable refund or replacement requests, especially when a defect is involved.I appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. I am rejecting this response because:
I want a refund for the vanilla essential oil that I purchased and was 100% used by the defective product. this is an addition to the two wall units being refunded.
it makes no sense to me why Revive would not refund the product that was used by the defective wall unit. It was no fault of my own that the entire bottle of oil was soaked up by the wick and the diffuser.
I have sent back the wall diffusers, and the empty bottle of essential oil to Revive already.
The revive website shows that the diffuser is Safe, long-lasting scent guaranteed.Why would that guarantee not cover the essential oil that I purchased too?

I spent with Revive Essential Oils $173.34 and upon receiving the products I paid for, I found out that three products were leaking due to poor quality lids/caps. I emailed the company immediately on 12/5/24 (eleven days ago) informing them of the issues. Since then Ive been waiting for the company to replace at least one of the products which leaked out significantly but the company is extremely slow to respond and keeps playing an e-mail tag (I got two email replies in the past 11 days) but avoids replacing the faulty item. I asked for a product replacement. It has been 11 days since my initial email and the customer service has not mailed out a replacement yet. This is a frustrating and disappointing experience, and an example of a very poor quality customer service. Im unsure Ill shop with ********************** again. Im posting this as I also want to warn other shoppers that Revive Essential Oils does not respond to email communication in a timely manner and does not replace faulty products in a timely manner.Customer Answer

The company website offers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, with free return shipping if you are dissatisfied with their product for any reason.These essential oils are not comparable to those I currently use from Young Living, although they are touted on the company website as being ************* order # ******** totaled $109.31.I have emailed several times, and received no response. Their phone answering system directs you to hang up and email the address I have been using.Their satisfaction guarantee indicates a FULL REFUND, within 100 days on all items, even open items.I want a full refund.Customer Answer

Revive Essential Oils finally sent me a return shipping label, and I returned the merchandise. I am waiting to see what they do about a refund. They are unreachable by phone, and apparently very slow to answer customer related correspondence . I believe the response I received with the return label was canned as they answered none of my questions, nor gave me any idea of the amount they would return.

This is looking stranger and stranger, as they have not replied to my emails asking for an update on my refund . The total of the original order was $109.31.

Seller sent a package of products I ordered online. Seller possibly sent with missing information on the address label (this is according to the postal service). Package returned to seller warehouse. Seller not responding to repeated texts, emails, and website messages sent multiple times for a week. Seller not contacting to resolve issues.
