I’ve been using this app since June 2022. I’ve completed 47 ops, never a no show or left early w/o being told by a supervisor to do so, paid on time as written and expected. However, on my 47th op there is a woman/trainer at the door specifically for signing in and she finds you at the end of the shift to sign out Veryable workers…this app and/or company flagged me as a no show, removing my pending payment. I have not been paid for my 3/22 3rd shift at US FARATHANE Auburn Hills, working for free is illegal. I reached out immediately to my local coordinators. It’s bizarre how strict the policy is and ever evolving towards workers and not companies utilizing this app for being understaffed. There is no accountability, the response said they usually take between 1-4 days; how do they not have a strict timeframe for corrections? Especially when our dispute rate is active within 24hrs? As someone that is fortunate to use this app because I want to… I’m well aware of the demographic and backgrounds of some of your workers that are surprised they easily passed the background check. It may make sense to be strict on this app w/workers… it is bizarre that companies would not be held to the same standard. Extremely bizarre! It is clear that you don’t know the protocol for companies using this app…if you did this would have been remedied immediately because US FARATHANE Auburn Hills and other warehouses have utility workers throughout the entire shift for training and relief. If you knew this or utilized this information, he (6’2 heavier black man late 40s early 50s) would confirm that I was there from beginning to end, even locating the sign-in woman (white 50s)/trainer wearing a red puffer coat, leopard pants and 1980s eyewear. I signed out at 6:58am on 3/23 in front of her and my utility worker nearby. He located her because she is usually finished with her sign out rounds by 6:50 at the latest. Not pressuring companies to correct blatant errors is bizarre!

    Hello ******,
I can understand your frustration in this situation. One of the benefits of our platform is the next-day pay feature, and we know that many of our Operators rely on this quick access to liquidity in order to provide for themselves and their families. I am glad to hear that 98% of your Ops went as expected, and I consider this success rate to be reflective of our commitment to our Operators. I appreciate the feedback you provided about Operator policies vs business policies. This allows our teams to dig into any processes that need to be addressed or changed to improve marketplace efficiency. I want you to know that we do, in fact, have policies in place for the businesses that use our platform. Your operations team followed their protocol: they contacted the business via email and phone, found out that the point of contact we originally had was no longer with the company, had one of our Directors of Business Development go up to the business, and then contacted their HR for the new point of contact. Please remember that not all employees at the business are authorized to approve payouts - this could lead to increased payout inconsistency. The agent in your original support ticket told you this would be solved in 1-4 days and it took us 4 business days to solve. We hope that this hiccup does not deter you from the fantastic work you have done on the platform. You have worked hard for your 4+ star rating and we are proud that you chose Veryable to find your opportunities. If you have any further issues, please feel free to reach out to us directly at [email protected].

I think the platform allows people to be used and discriminated against. Also I'm in *********** and that office is hard to get in touch with . They ignore you well that director in *********** is very much a narccissist. She responds to what she wants to. The plat form has no way of knowing if the job is truthful or not. The reasons they allow s company to disputes is truly unreal. I've been waiting to get answer from someone through emails ,calling and text and no response about my money. So don't use the plat form .

Hello *******! We take allegations like those you are making very seriously. After looking further into your issue, I found that you were disputed for coming in an hour late and leaving 3 hours early. The business went to dispute your hours, but mistakenly disputed the entire day. The business reached out about their error on 2/13 and 20 minutes later your Ops Coordinator posted a makeup Op for you to bid on. Our Ops Coordinators work hard to be an advocate for our Operators when reaching out to businesses, and our St. Louis team is no exception. While you mention waiting to hear back from someone with no response, I see that you were conversing throughout the day with the Ops Coordinator. They have hundreds of Operators to assist in their area, so you may have to wait for them to get to your issue/correspond with the business in question. I also see that you have already been paid out for the correct amount as of 11 AM today. If you have any further questions, feel free to reach out to *******@veryableops.com.

I have worked 6 ops through veryable with no issues. I bid on a job for a certain amount and got paid $30 less than the bid. Also I was rated 5 stars by the company I worked for so it was not because I did anything wrong and I always sign in and out. This company is not trustworthy and do not tell the truth and you might get ripped off when you you worked for it. This company needs to be shut down!

Hello *******! After looking into your issue, it looks like your Operations Coordinator has already reached out on your behalf about the adjustment. Businesses that use our platform may adjust bids for a myriad of reasons, but we have limited information about specifics until we get confirmation directly from them. I can assure you that we take these allegations seriously, and we will work to advocate on your behalf for any funds due to you. If you would like to provide any further information, please reach out to us at ***********************.

I have over 96 opps completed with 87 of them 4 and 5 star ratings but I have still been out of work for almost a month. I'm a single father and I take care of my sick mother so I'm in need of the money and I'm willing and able to work but for almost a month I have been denied for every job that I put in. I have called and called the ONLY NUMBER that's available to speak with a veryable representative but I never receive an answer or a response from that number. And that's the only number that they actually give u to call. And I'm a worker for the company. But I have worked for over 10 companies with this job and I've seen the companies that I work for call this same number and whoever is on the other side gives the company a call back within a minute or less, but me as a worker that breaks my back for this company I can't even get them to return my calls even when I have an emergency and really need to speak with them. They treat their workers with absolute disrespect and they don't care what u are going through whatever it is- is always the workers fault!!! I got suspended for 3 weeks because a company didn't pay me all my money that I was supposed to receive and when I went to the company to show them that I only received half of my pay I was then suspended on the app for three weeks for contacting the same company that I had just worked for and worked along side for weeks. I got suspended and still never received my money that they owed me.

Hello Deandrae! I am a little confused by your review. I am seeing your last worked Op on 9/15/22, and I am seeing you were paid out the full bid amount for this Op. Please reach out to us at *******@veryableops.com if your payment issue is related to a different Op. Businesses normally call the local operations number (but are routed to different people), but they may also be in contact with one of our Business Development Associates that helped set up the business' account. Operators would not have access to these numbers since they are strictly business related. Our support is purposefully handled through email and chat channels due to the volume of requests. Regardless, I have reviewed your previous transcripts with our support team and noticed that they have provided the same information regarding ratings being an Operator's responsibility and that bids are accepted by the businesses using our platform, not Veryable itself. Account suspensions can happen for a myriad of reasons, but they are often the consequence for no-showing or exiting an Op early or unauthorized. We certainly don't treat the Operators on our platform with disrespect, but we do hold them accountable for their actions. We do the same for our business users. If you have further questions about an Op or missing payment that is not related to an attendance issue that has already been handled, please reach out to me at *******@veryableops.com. I would be happy to look into this for you.
