    GTN Technical Staffing sent my W2's via mail to my home address from ******, ***** with my whole SSN, wages and employee ID visible for anyone to see. Since then I have been experiencing fraudulent activity on my credit accounts. On 2/27/23 someone from *******, ***** tried to apply for a **** of America credit card using my SSN. GTN has failed at protecting my personal information.

    GTN is committed to the safety and security of our team members personal information and take all reasonable steps to do just that. Upon learning of ******* concerns, GTN took her concerns very seriously and offered to, and ***** accepted, a long-term subscription to an identity theft protection service to protect her credit and personal information. ***** alerted GTN to one fraudulent activity, but also stated there was no proof of correlation between that event and her original complaint. The identity protection service that GTN offered and paid for prevented any loss to ***** in reference to this event. GTN asked ***** multiple times what else we could do, and she offered no suggestions. We're disappointed we've been unable to address her needs to her satisfaction.

    To be clear, Life Lock never alerted me on the fraudulent activity on my account. Credit ***** notified me that someone attempted to establish a line of credit in my name at **** of America in *******, ***** because I froze all three of my credit accounts. I contacted Life Lock and addressed why they didn't notify me of the fraudulent activity and they told me that Life Lock doesn't monitor anything outside of their network. Therefore, Life Lock did not protect my personal information nor did GTN.
