    I purchased a product from Best Buy and they are the manufacturer, I have been reaching out to them and waiting for a response for 2 weeks. No one is getting back to me. My computer took a c*** and I am not able to use it. I spent $1000 on it and Ive had it for 35 days or so and I havent been able to use it for 2 weeks of that 35 days. And if I outsource and take it to another computer repair company it voids my warranty. I have a 2 year manufacturing warranty with allied. And they are not responding to any emails, or calls I have done. I purchased on Feb 20 2025 and wasnt delivered until March 5 2025.

    They are an absolute scam, I've been trying to get my 4090 warrantied since early July. I tried a month of emails and calls, before reaching out to Australian team, who emailed them for me. So after getting a reply from the ** team, a short month later i had received a *** prepaid label. Well that one came back after 11 days, return to sender, business no longer at this address. I email them back, a short week later, "Oh woops! I sent the wrong address for your 2200$ part, here is the super special CORRECT address" or some ******** to that effect. So now they've had my 4090 for 5 weeks, last i heard they were contacting a supervisor to figure it out. They received the ultimatum to send me a tracking by Friday or I'm filing an *** complaint and getting a lawyer.

    I purchased an item with allied gaming(******************) September 27th,2024 it has been a few days and I have not even received a tracking number,when I call the number on the site which leads to a company called allied gaming they keep saying they will send a email and someone will get back to me but Ive heard nothing,I either want my money back or my item shipped to **** have screenshots which I am posting of the amount paid,company name and date of purchase

    The website specifies their processing time. I gave them an additional three days. I left several chats and emails but after calling and speaking with several employees that were completely unaware of policies and had no direct contact with the actual office was an immediate red flag! No on was able to track or cancel my $700 order so I filed a fraud claim. I dont recommend anyone to even browse the website! Nothing is safe around them!

    I purchased a computer from this company on 5/15 for $1400. It was supposed to be shipped within a week or two. There was no order status on site, or even any indication it was ordered other than the charge on my credit card and the initial email saying the order was made (no shipping details). I emailed on 6/2, 6/5, called every day the week of 6/3 as well to their answering service (never went through to this company). Finally received a response on 6/12 indicating it was flagged for fraud (yet they charged my credit card right away). Every time I tried to call, I left my name, address, #, tried calling in as customer service, other, tech support, and even asked to speak to a manager. I have about 8 attempts at calling overall on my phone, never received a response or a return. Even if they WERE to ship it, I have no confidence that they have any service available or care about customers. This was originally for my kid's birthday, but I will go elsewhere and will cancel it directly via credit card company (since they are soo inattentive / nonresponsive)

    I purchased a PC bundle from ready, set, game which is Im guessing a sister company of allied gaming because every time I call there number is speak with someone from allied. I paid ******** on 3/29/24. The item has not change status since that day. I have sent over two dozen emails and calls. I call there number on ready set game page and allied gaming answer and they ALWAYS say the have no direct number to ready set game and they have no answers to why my PC hasnt shipped. I feel like I have got scammed because I have been nice, Ive done everything I can think to do. The only thing I can do now is making anybody that will listen aware of how shady this company is. I have had ZERO communication with anyone that truly knows anything. Allied always says they will take my information and forwarded over to ready set game and they will be in contact with me. They have NEVER once called me, and *** been answering every telemarketer and scam call that comes in just so I dont miss there and lo and behold they have attempted to make zero contact. I have got photos of dozens and dozens of outgoing emails to them, phone calls, and everything. The order itself from what I can tell on there website is, your item is currently getting prepared to ship. It was a prebuilt gaming PC and its pushing a month. I want my gaming PC, but if they cant do that then I at least want my money back.

    Good Morning or Afternoon I ordered from allied gamings sister company ready-set-game.com on 03/25/2023 i spent ****** on three items a 7 pack of fans a b550m-plus TUF gaming asus motherboard and a *** Ryzen ****x processor. My main concern is with the motherboard. The order originally shipped on on 3/2/2023 but there was no movement of my package until 3/9/2023 when it was delivered and in that package was the 7 pack of fans and the processor. The mother board was delivered but Im unsure the actual date as the tracking number was never used. The concern i have is that when the motherboard was delivered it was raining and my mom found the package at 3:30 and the box the motherboard was packaged in for shipping was completely soaked. I have tried reaching out to them countless times via call i have also emailed them but i have heard no response from them at all about this. All i want to happen if for the company to send me another motherboard with return package and label and ill return the motherboard they originally delivered to me in the rain. The only thing I didnt do was take a picture of the box the motherboard was delivered in.

    Placed an order for a graphic card on November 12th. Never got an update as of 7 days past the order date. So I emailed them and received this response. "Since the order is fairly new, it will take a while to process in our system before we can give you an estimated shipping date."
    I'm not sure how after 7 days the order is still new. I still have not received any updates now as of the 22nd. I tried calling them and just get sent to voicemail. This company is shady and frankly at this point I am unsure if I will even receive the merchandise.

    On 0ct. 6th I purchased a gaming PC for $1395.00. The website claims that PC's will be shipped out within 24-48 hours after the purchase is complete. It is Oct. 25th and my computer has yet to ship. I spoke to Nicholaus M****** on Oct. 20th and he stated my computer would be shipping that day and he would send me the tracking number. The tracking number was never sent to me. I have called and emailed numerous times since that day and have yet to receive any response via either method.
