We attempted to get resolution directly with 4G Electrician. 4G Electrician has not returned several calls and or responded to several emails. We are asking for 4G Electrician to pay our out of pocket expenses of $1000 insurance deductible and $325 plumbing repair that is not covered under insurance. 4G Electrician came out on November 10, 2021 to install electrical box for 4 boxes in bathrooms to connect lighted vanity mirrors. See invoice file "2021-11-10-4G Electrician Invoice #4496.pdf" On June 8, 2022 about 10 am we notice a water sound coming from the vanity area in the guest bedroom. I went to the attic to investigate. Did not find anything. I then came back to the guest bathroom and found water in the carpet in guest bedroom. We immediately turned off the water supply to the house. We asked the maintenance crew from Watermere help to take down the mirror in that bathroom. After removing the screw from the blue box and extracting the box from the wall we found the source. See attached photo "Cut Pipe before being removed.jpeg" This pipe had been cut by 4G Electrician when he cut hole in sheet rock on 11/10/2021. We turn the water back on for few seconds and confirmed the water leak was from that spot. We called Ace Plumbing to come out and repair the pipe. See file "2022-06-08-12.26.25AcePlumbingRepair.pdf". Also see the cut out section of the pipe in file "Cut Pipe after being removed.pdf" We also call our Travelers insurance to start a claim. They recommended we immediately call Servpro to mitigate the water damage. File "TravelersClaim.pdf" shows the $1000 deductible. Also file "TravelersLetterDoesNotPayPlumbingRepair" explains that the $325 plumbing repair is not covered by insurance.
