      Dissappointed in their warranty they say they cant help that ******* powersports has to and then yoh call ******* and they say they cant do anything they want to take the money you pay but dont want to hold up to their warranties

      I HIGHLY advise against purchasing from this company. Go to your local stores or find a different one that is NOT Kandi. They are a pain to deal with. Had to end up returning the golf cart I purchased because it didnt go more than 14mph despite what the description said on Amazon. Took me a two weeks just to get someone to return my phone call after contacting Amazon customer service SIX times. I was told I had to pay for the return shipping, which was fine. NOW, Im waiting on getting the refund and the order is showing as cancelled in my Amazon order history. Theyve had it for two weeks and after three phone calls ** being told someone will call me back, to which they have not. I will be seeking further action against them now. This is an expensive refund and they already have my golf cart. TERRIBLE customer service. If something were to go wrong with your golf cart or anything else you get from them, dont count on them responding or taking care of the customers. DO NOT PURCHASE!

      Do NOT work with this company. Save your money and buy a better product. I have now had my golf cart for 10 months. It has completely broken down two times to the point it won't even turn on after being 100% charged. The first time, ****** had to get involved to get it fixed - that was 3 weeks into owning it. This time, I have called for 7 consecutive days and nobody seems to know how to help me. I get a different answer every day. In addition, I've asked to speak to a supervisor three times. All have put in requests for a supervisor and I have yet to get a call. This group is a disgrace, their **************** team is a joke. I don't wany anyone else to have to go through what we've gone through. $13,000 down the drain. I would leave zero stars if it were an option.

      I experienced intermittent failures to initiate or startup for 1st 2 months. Then the problem became permanent. I havent been able to use the vehicle for a month. I am getting zero warranty help. New $13,000 vehicle is useless and I cant get any help from KANDI!! AVOID THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

      If you are thinking about purchasing anything from Kandi America-DO NOT DO IT, run away and get a EOV from a reliable company that will take care of their customers. I purchased the K27 in June of 2022. In February 2023 I had to order, purchase and replace (out of my own pocket) the passenger side strut which should have been covered under the warranty. No one would call me back or return an email with warranty information. Now, since June I have been emailing and calling Kandi America with an issue that the car will not move forward or backward. I had one email response from *********************** (Technical Support) with open ended promises. The only emails I get back are that they are escalating my ticket (from the customer service girls) or no response at all. My last phone call to *********************** was 9-28-23 and I was told he works remotely and travels and that they would contact him and have an answer. It is now 10-5-23 and I have yet to hear from *****. It has been 3.5 months since my car has been drivable and I have 765 miles on the vehicle. I'm am at a loss as to how to get this resolved and be able to drive my brand new car. Very frustrating that no one seems to care or worry about customer service or vehicle warranty.
