I am through with Hill Park drycleaners. They charge twice as much as other local drycleaners. I mentioned this to the manager, and he stated that hangers cost a lot of money and that they use a special formula for cleaning the clothing. They said that cleaning solution was expensive. I have used many different drycleaners over the years, and have been satisfied with their work, regardless of what solution they are using. I brought my clothes in on a Wednesday and was assured they would be done by 5:00pm on Thursday. I came to pick the clothes up and said they didn't have them and to try again on Friday. When I did pick up.my clothing there was a sweater missing. I had counted the number of clothing I was leaving with the manager. When I said I was missing a piece, he stated that we must have miscounted. I have always counted my clothing when dropping them off, and he counted them also. When I received my clothes they failed to remove a stain from my other sweater, even though they have a "special Solution". This store just opened up in McKinney. I have since gone to a different cleaners even though they are farther away. I was told by that cleaning manager that many customers have also left and now come to them instead. BEWARE
