Collected all my personal data after offering me a job first verbally and then via email. I received a log in to an onboarding portal and had a final recruitment call giving me the dates of training and the date I would receive a computer. They told me to buy a headset which I did. After going through the ***** process and giving them all my personal data and completing the other onboarding steps, I had a technical issue with one small step of the onboarding. It wanted me to click on one of the tabs to access an employee guidebook to read and then sign an attestation that I read it. That tab gave me an error message so I did not sign the attestation. For two weeks I reached out via email to various departments and the supposed manager for help to no avail. Any phone contact I could find have "full" voicemail boxes. The supposed "manager" they listed as my key contact on the onboarding portal has no phone number listed and does not respond to repeated emails. When I called the main Dallas number listed with the BBB I receive a message claiming I had asked them to put me on a "Do Not Call" list which I never did. I tried the number from another cell phone number and received the same message. Two weeks have gone by and no one answers me. I was supposed to receive a computer today to start training but it did not arrive. As of today I have been blocked from the onboarding portal which now states my email address does not have access. I have no explanation for any of this ghosting. I believe I have been scammed for my personal data as they now have my social security number, my driver's license, address, etc. No legitimate employer would behave this way.Business Response

I started with the company on Sept 15,23. Long story short everything was fine until I filed a complaint against my supervisor ************************* on oct 21,23 to her supervisor *******************************. On Oct 22,23 my log in credentials was deactivated. Everyone have been giving me the run around. IT states they are not able to locate me in the system, and when they do it says Im inactive and terminated. However, everyone thats is assisting states that Im not. Which one is it? Because I havent been able to sign in and work since Oct 28,23 for almost 2months. At this point its a constructive discharge. They want me to resign instead of filing my termination papers because if they do they know I have a case against them but guess what. Im not. Game on. I was told they would reimburse me for the 6 weeks Ive been out but have not received a payment and the clock is still ticking.Initial Complaint

The issue has been taking place for 3 days I was given a start date of June 23. 2023 I had contacted my recruiter and she basically screened my calls tried to contact human resources as well and they have shuffled around and no one has contacted me for any resolution I have sent pictures of banking information, birth certificate, and my ID they have sent me equipment without being able to log into it so I'm not sure if they scammed me or they are issues on there end and can't speak with anyone directly from HRBusiness Response

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we have researched the matter in detail to better understand what occurred. ****************** applied to our customer service role within our health care business. There are several steps required to be completed prior to a candidate starting training. We assign candidates to a class roster on a first come, first serve basis once all requirements have been met. Once classes are filled, we offer the next earliest start date to candidates meeting requirements.
We attempted to contact ****************** at ************ a few times to advise that he would be starting on a future class date. We were unable to reach ****************** and the voicemail was not set up for us to leave a message. Prior to Continuum receiving this complaint, but after ****************** originally filed it; we were already in communication with him on his new start date.
We are happy to advise that ****************** will be joining our team on Friday 8/4/2023 for his first day of training. We are delighted to have him onboard and look forward to his future success with Continuum Global Solutions.

I was referred to Continuum Global Solutions for a Work From Home job, and I messaged a lady back & forth for a few hours. She offered me the job, told me they were sending me a check to purchase the equipment I would need for the job. So they sent me the check via email, I deposited. They then told me to withdraw the funds and go to a Bitcoin ATM and purchase the bitcoin to use with their vendor for the equipment. So I did and thought we'll it's their money anyway so I'm not using my own. Later did I get a bad feeling about all this and spoke to my husband that I messaged her to tell her I was backing out of the job. She said she understood and try to reassure me that everything was legit and safe. When I woke up this morning I found out that the check was counterfeit, the bank did a back charge which then paid the bank back for the counterfeit check...leaving me bank acct depleted. I'm out money for my family cause of this so called companies fraud/scam!! I know I should have been smarter. The check amount they sent was $1995.95. I had no clue the check wasn't real. The woman was nice but kind of demanding, now it all makes sense.Business Response

The check and offer and the process is not related to Continuum global solutions as the email the applicant received did not come from our company. Unfortunately this is a scam that is impacting applicants as they are not applying thru our website and responding to impostors using a gmail or ymail address.
