  There Repair team is absolutely TRASH AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL!! My vehicle has been in there possession for almost 3 weeks needing one Cv boot repaired I have paid for the services and they ordered the wrong part!!! So I asked for a refund to have my own car towed and repaired AND THESE PEOPLE STILL YET TO ISSUE AN REFUND AT THIS POINT IM GOING TO TAKE THIS TO SOMEONE HIGHER THAN ADONIS AUTO GROUP BECAUSE THE WAY THEY HANDLE THERE CUSTOMERS IS INSANE!!! WE HAVE OUR LIVES TO LIVE TOO AND THESE PEOPLE ONLY ADD TO THE DAILY STRESS OF LIFE AND I WANT QUIT UNTIL SOMETHING IS DONE!! I WOULD NOT REFER THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY!! MAKES ME WONDER WHY THEY JUST PICKED UP AND LEFT ******* WITHOUT ANY OF THEIR CUSTOMERS KNOWLEDGE THIS PLACE HAS TO BE STOPPED!! THE CUSTOMERS AT THAT LOCATION IN ******* CALLED THEIR ********** CHANNEL TO INVESTIGATE I AM ABOUT TO DO THE SAME!! WE NEED TO BE HEARD SINCE THEY DO NOT LISTEN!!! I HAVE SO MUCH PROOF OF THESE PEOPLE INCONSIDERATE ACTIONS BUT THEY NOT GONNA PLAY WITH ME!!

  Adonis is a scam!!! They don't care about their customers at all. Only about the money! Let me take you back.We bought our vehicle back in late October early November. Getting it serviced at the ************* location, which is a major inconvenience with the 2 hrs plus some you had to sit there. Along with the distance we were having to drive. Day before yesterday our engine light came on with symptoms of a hard shift between gear, not being able to drive above 60 mph, losing power if we were to try and push past 60 and losing power when going up any steep hill.Yesterday my husband was on the phone with I don't know how many people trying to figure something out. He kept asking about a loaner, what he needed to do etc. Eventually he got tired of talking on the phone and told them that we would just slowly make our way up to the grand prairie location to talk to human face to face. The person on the phone said okay they would be there.So here we are limping our way to this location taking the back roads cause ain't noway we would of survived on the highway. We get there only to find out they have moved to ******. Again, with no other choice cause we rely on the vehicle, we limp our way TO THE OTHER SIDE OF ********* We get there only to find out they have no loaner program. But, they will write a check for any 3rd party usage that doesn't exceed $225. Which that still doesn't help us. That's only 2 days of ubering for me from my home to work not including my husband's gotta go to work to. We have asked for them to work with us on this with the car note, we need the money so we can get back and forth to work. Some of these people have said they would workwith us, but I just got off the phone with a ******************** who was very rude, telling me they don't do anything like that.Tid bit of info to whoever reads these reviews. My name is not on this account and we don't need the pity party you've been giving everyone else.

  I have lost trust in Adonis. I got my car 3 weeks ago and I am having problems with it already and with Adonis. So here the story. I went to the repair shop a week ago because my car rattles when I press on the gas and it jerks sometimes (it seems like it's the transmission and the A/C went out 3 days before my first payment. I was advised to take it to the repair shop so I did. They had to order a whole new A/C parts because they were all bad. They told me my part would be in that day or the next day and yet no call nor did I get a call back when I left a message. So I called Adonis where I got the car to see if they would defer my payment until the car is fixed and they said they couldn't help me I had to make the payment. They claim to have sent emails to the supervisor but yet no call as promised. I truly have lost trust with this company and I have told everyone I know not to purchase a car from them because they do not help their customers at all. I had to result to filing a complaint the better business bureau in hopes that something will get done. Adonis I am so disappointed because I have been without A/C for 2 1/2 weeks now. I almost passed out last week from driving in the heat with no air. I wish I would have NEVER EVER got a car from them. No one can even tell me where the parts are for the *** I'm going to look elsewhere for a car and return this one if they don't contact me or fix the ** soon. No I will not refer anyone to Adonis at all. This is sad because no one deserves to be treated like this. They will treat you like gold when you come in and after you get the car your no longer golden you become rust to THEY DISAPPOINTED FOR REAL..

  I got my car in over six months ago and i been telling them since before I got it the details wrong with the vehicle and Im still having problems no one is being compliant Im young I thought they would be good and fix the things as they stated when I was signing all them papers I even went back to speak with the car lot I went too cos they knew what was wrong with the car and it was vacant I have read over everything and honestly I dont wanna keep waiving everything Im literally about to lose my job dealing and postponing with Adonis auto group like anything else this should have been stated or I be put in some I payed for I have spent a lot on this car m this Car been putting me behind since I got it I just want all my money back I got a car to quit using Uber and lift how am I still using Uber and lift going to outside tire shops to get my car fixed but yall call and cut the car off if a payment due thats crazy none of that was in my contract I honestly just want a reimbursement.

  I have been paying on a car from Adonis for 26 months, I ask them when i bought the car could I trade it in in 2 years the answer was yes, I called them 6 mo ago about a Trade in, they told me call back in 6 months, I called today and they tell me 8 more months, Thats ********, how many more times are you going to lie to me, I will get another car, I have paid ****** on a 2013 Car and owe 17, ooo more over priced, they can come get it!

  COULDN'T ASK FOR A BETTER DEALER My daughter purchased her first vehicle from Adonis in ********* on Saturday 7/22/2023. She drove off the lot happy, however that was short lived because by that following Friday 7/28/2023 the car was broke down in the middle of the road. We emailed, called, and left voicemails several times to get the car towed out of the middle of the street and nothing happened until we went to physically speak with the sales manager. So these cars don't come with CARFAX like most dealers provide to ensure a transparent transaction. My daughter purchased her own after the car broke down, only to find the car had been in 3 accidents. We have been calling and either you're on hold and they hang up, or they claim they will call you back and don't. They finally picked the car up on Monday evening 7/31/2023. The "service warranty" they like to include cover lifts and ubers for 5 days, well as of 8/9/2023 she's still without a car and those 5 days are up. They say they'll contact the next person up but that hasnt happened. They won't trade the vehicle or cancel her contract. They want her to make payments but won't provide her a way to get back and forth to work. This has been a very unpleasant experience for our family. If you were running a *********** just say that! You claim you can afford CARFAX for the vehicles you provide maybe you should roll that into those expensive rates and fees you tack on. I told her not to go to a buy here pay here place, a hard head makes a soft behind. She has learned her ****** and rest assured, if anyone ever needs a car down the road we'll definitely be steering them clear of these snake oil salesmen. They should really be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people.

  Asking Everyone on here, to reach out It's very important we all speak if your situation is unresolved. I have had nothing but issues from day one (ten minutes after purchasing and driving off of the lot, with plenty of of proof. Please please email me and let's talk. Found out some extremely valuable things researching both the car, and Adonis. 9 one two, yep four three six 92 six two!!

  I wish there was an option to choose zero stars ! This business should be SHUT DOWN ! They specialize in LYING and being DECEITFUL ! They take advantage of EVERYONE that's in desperate need of a vehicle! They're trained to be dishonest and they're NOT integral AT ALL !!! I should have read their reviews before going there because there are HORRIBLE reviews about them ! I was WARNED not to TRUST THEM and being in a desperate need of a car I went against my better judgment!!! RUN FROM ADONIS ALL LOCATIONS! THEY'RE LIARS, CHEATERS AND THIEVES !!!!!
