This is the worse company I have ever dealt with...And I have been in business for 45 years!I closed my bank account, and accidentally forgot that this was a automatic withdrawal every month, but they never told me that I was late with my payment so that I could have given them another bank account... when they did get in touch they said I was two months late, which I was not...(one month) So they blocked my account...I waited 45 minutes for a customer service agent....when she asked me for my whole social security number and I told her I did not give it out but I would like to give her some other reference to find my acct. number she disconnected me immediately ...I had to call back, and wait another 45 minutes for an agent...I succeeded in giving him some other reference and he found my acct right away...I have a high rating and have paid every month for four years never missing a payment....They do not care about their customers, and they have rude customer management...I will never use them again....My account is blocked for six months!!!Review from KATHLEEN S

I bought a new Nissan in January of 2024. I wanted to pay cash, but the salesman encouraged me there were benefits to financing through NMAC. I did so, and then, immediately paid off the loan in full. NMAC sent a release of lien form letter to me, but not an official one to the dealership or the state of Texas who are able issue the official title. It has been six month and I still have no title. NMAC has no idea where to send the paperwork. Additionally, they do not listen. Sample conversation, Me: this is the email address for the state tax office. NMAC: Why do I need that? Me: that's who issues titles in *****. They can help you"I have made several further attempts to get my title. Always, they are rude, uninterested in solving the problem other than issuing more useless form letters. I may ultimately need to hire a lawyer to get my title Save yourself the headache and expense and do not use this companyReview from sylvaine c

I have decided to purchased my vehicle after the lease expired.I have sent the full amount due via bank wire and they received it. I have sent federal odometer / lease termination two times via overnight registered mail. They claim they did not receive it. I have tried faxing is too many times to count in pdf, jpeg and the email keeps on being rejected for "message size violation". I have called three times and no help. I need my title and am at a loss. I do not know what to do next.Review from Jean Marie F

Hello went thru a 39 mo lease nightmare.Emergency braking system dropping on highway at 60mph w/no cars in front of me radio volume button never worked Rear passenger door never worked with powerlock Gas reading would say 24miles and Id break down out of gas at least 7 x I had to pay for a new battery twice I had to purchase a battery jumper to keep using. Nonstop rattling noise Alternator had to be replaced Malfunction light on constantly Steering locked..car had to be towed to Nissan I complained to sales man numerous x I was told by service I have to leave car to be checked. I said will I get a loaner I have MS and see many doctors. His exact words were thats your problem not ours. And meanwhile the braking system is a serious issue/flaw/defect with *********************************************** meantime braking system dropped in intersection& I got in an accident. Consumer affairs closed case. About a month b4 end of lease I opened consumer affairs again. I told lease maturity I am going to keep paying bill until consumer affairs gives me a fair end of lease deal or Ill join others with class action suit for serious safety issues w/car. Again consumer affairs did NOTHING a girl ***** I think worked from home & did absolutely no work. I Cld barely ever get her on the phone. .I gave up. Scheduled inspection. At 4am a tow truck showed up in January in freezing temps of 27 degrees. This was 6 hours BEFORE Nissan inspection was scheduled to take place. End result is we lost an entire trunk of our belongings. Even Nissan tried to call where car was to get our things and they Wld never return a call. We were left ******* ripped off and stuck in the dead of winter. Now Nissan actually has nerve to send an over mileage bill which I know is in contract but the circumstances are unique and after the entire family being Nissan customers for 30 yrs you would think wed be treated like a human being & not a dollar signReview from Ronald F

I need to make my first payment but Nissan Finance at both of their numbers keep telling me I need to call during business hours 7 AM - 7 PM CT and I did call in business hours and they just keep hanging up on me. I tried to use the website but I cannot login as there is a problem with my password. They say they are emailing me but no luck and I tried checking my spam. I simply want to make a payment and Cannot do it! HORRIBLE SERVICE!Review from Barri A

Never finance anything with Nissan. They are predatory lenders. They lock you out of your account and do not send any paperwork or notice of payments, they dinged our credit and locked us out of our account because they didnt update payment information we provided them. Then you call and are placed on hold for at least 30 minutes, live chat is impossible. They make it almost impossible to contact them.Review from Sam L

I have been a Nissan customer for over 10 years. I have never missed a payment and stayed loyal to the brand. This did not matter when I went to pay off my vehicle and receive the title. I went to the dealership when told how to make out the check and the amount. When I brought it in I was told I had to send it to Nissan. When needing direction I was given a phone number and told they couldnt help me at the dealership. The least they couldve done was send the check. I had to go to the post office and send the check through certified mail. When I called Nissan, it was the worst customer service experience I have ever had in my life. I called and was told I had to complete an odometer form which no one told me was needed until I called. What if I didnt call and waited for my title? When I sent it in they said the date was missing, again, who was going to tell me my paperwork needing correcting if I didnt call. I needed my payoff letter and bill of sale for the title and was told they could not send it out. When asked to have title expedited they said they couldnt because the **** I can visit the *** myself and get the title but they refused to give me paperwork to do that. I wrote this review because Im sick and tired of having to do my part which was to pay off the vehicle and I cant get my title. They are holding my title which Im sure is illegal if the vehicle is paid off. They have their money so why cant I have my title? I ask to have this business apprehended and take some serious action towards Nissan. I will never do business again and will make sure people that I know understand how they do business.Review from Aaron B

My car was totaled and I was instructed by Nissan to stop payment as my insurance and Nissan agreed to a buyout price on the rest of my payments.Three weeks later I received a letter stating that I was behind on the last month's payment. I contacted Nissan and they stated they had never received payment, but the insurance company has proof it was mailed on the 24th of the prior month. A new check was sent overnight by my insurance company. I contacted Nissan, as did ******************, who stated they will not take any punitive action. The payment cleared on the 4th of this month and my loan was cleared from the payment portal of my Nissan account. However, on the 10th I received a notice that my credit had received a hit, lowering my score significantly. I attempted to call Nissan, but the lady on the phone insisted I cannot speak with nor email anyone and I will need to mail a dispute.Review from Yuriy B

I submitted a request for a lien release, but the mail was never delivered. Upon calling, I provided a new address for mailing, but despite this, no action was taken because additional paperwork was not provided, even though no such request had been made initially. Lack of professionalism and no understanding of the request processing. Should I needed to submit additional info, it should have been said in the first place. It has been another week, and there has been no progress. Processing time is unbelievable - 3 days even when requesting to expedite since the error is on Nissan side. This lack of efficiency is unacceptable. Also, they wanted to me to use my ***** account to expedite the mailing as they don't do it. Furthermore, the lack of digital copies available reflects an outdated service.Review from Erlinda G

Finance app. Gives me an Authentication Failed every time I login. ******* on phone assisted me and knows about this issue when prompting to login. I have been going through this for the past 4 months. All I want to do is make my payment. Not asking for anything. Except to be able make this payment every month. Stress free. Please help me get this resolved.
