      My account has been blocked and now have to go through an *************** just to make a payment. I have used my app for 15 years to make my payments. They told me make 3 consecutive payments and now theyre saying 6. Its my account! They chastise you like a child if an issue comes up and argues with me about it being 6 payments not 3! I am a customer whos bout 5 ***********************, no other company does this to their customer. This has caused so much stress for me and they dont care.

      They have lied to me over and over again. I was told that I could put my February truck payment to the end of the contract which can only be done every 10 months. I've never missed a payment and have never been late. Just found out I can't get an extension until June but why lie tho

      Wife passed away, had just leased her a vehicle through NMAC. Dont need the vehicle any longer this called for options to get it out of the driveway. I figured I could pay all of the lease payments and the disposition fee and turn it in now. Nope, here were their options 1) Pay more than all of the payments plus disposition fee. Wondering why I would have to pay more considering they are getting the vehicle back with 1000 miles instead of *****, and it is a model year newer.2) Do a lease transfer, which is great BUT you actually do not transfer the lease, you stay on the lease as a guarantor for a complete stranger that would take the lease over. Oh yes the new party does have to go through all the credit approvals, so this might not make any sense???.NMAC did con me into making all of my lease payments up front under the ploy that I could turn it in early, then hit me with all of the extra stuff. Well done, such compassion.

      This company has lied to me for months and gives me different information every time I speak to them. I have been waiting on my title to be sent to a new state and every time I call asking about the status, I receive different information. Sometimes Nissan will say they sent the letter to my DMV and then the next week I will call because the *** hasnt received it and the new employee I speak to tells me that Nissan never sent it. **************** hangs up on me. I am about to get my license suspended because I have been unable to register my vehicle for three months due to Nissans incompetence.

      Dont use!! Been fighting to get them to lien release electronically to get my title - at this point Im going to be seeking legal council and suing since now my title to a vehicle I paid off is being held hostage.

      Most horrible rudest company ever . Don't use them . I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst Enemy, they are not customer service helpers. They don't believe in helping their customers and they will not do anything to help you with. Issues that you are having. I have never seen a company like this in all my life. I've had other finance places who go above and beyond to help their customers. But this **********************, you might as well just forget it. If I could give him a zero stars, I would

      Becareful leasing a car with this company. After the end of the lease contract they sent us a bill which we were not informed about it during the lease agreement.

      Company wonderful, sales people wonderful. Payments and billing trash. Paymentsus.com took payment but not able to get into see my account or balance. Or what is posted called multiple times, usually they just drop the call, web site kicks you out. love to see it on paper. both Nissan and Paymentsus.com. Just get the "another **** handles it try later" What a way to ruin a wonderful company. ********************

      This is the worse company I have ever dealt with...And I have been in business for 45 years!I closed my bank account, and accidentally forgot that this was a automatic withdrawal every month, but they never told me that I was late with my payment so that I could have given them another bank account... when they did get in touch they said I was two months late, which I was not...(one month) So they blocked my account...I waited 45 minutes for a customer service agent....when she asked me for my whole social security number and I told her I did not give it out but I would like to give her some other reference to find my acct. number she disconnected me immediately ...I had to call back, and wait another 45 minutes for an agent...I succeeded in giving him some other reference and he found my acct right away...I have a high rating and have paid every month for four years never missing a payment....They do not care about their customers, and they have rude customer management...I will never use them again....My account is blocked for six months!!!

      I bought a new Nissan in January of 2024. I wanted to pay cash, but the salesman encouraged me there were benefits to financing through NMAC. I did so, and then, immediately paid off the loan in full. NMAC sent a release of lien form letter to me, but not an official one to the dealership or the state of Texas who are able issue the official title. It has been six month and I still have no title. NMAC has no idea where to send the paperwork. Additionally, they do not listen. Sample conversation, Me: this is the email address for the state tax office. NMAC: Why do I need that? Me: that's who issues titles in *****. They can help you"I have made several further attempts to get my title. Always, they are rude, uninterested in solving the problem other than issuing more useless form letters. I may ultimately need to hire a lawyer to get my title Save yourself the headache and expense and do not use this company
