  I hired commercial flat roofing of Dallas to fix my commercial building roof leaks. ******* the owner told me he has a product called *** and its supposed to fix my leaks. Well after installing the new product Im still having leaks.Some of the original leaks have been fixed but the new roof has caused other leaks in other spots. Almost every month I was having to call them out to fix another leak. I also had my parking lot refinished and pot holes repaired by same company. I also need them to repair that job too. ******* the owner has stopped answering the phone or voicemails. I have a warranty for repairs to cover whats needed but not getting the owner to respond to my calls.

  ******* ****** his roof got damaged by hill and windstorm. The roof has cold seams. He does not want to turn it into the insurance. We cant replace his roof for free The roof put on in 2021

  I am rejecting this response because:   First of all, the building hasnt had any hail (Hill) and wind damage from the date roof was installed.
  The statement he submitted is a lie. If my building has hail damage, I wasnt aware of any.
  In January 2021 I decided to have the roof inspected by Commercial roofing of Dallas. The company had great reviews online, I hired them.
  ******* the owner came out and inspected the roof. I told ******* that I wanted the best product on the market to correct the leaks.
   He said there is a product called TPO which cost more money, but this product would fix all the leaks.
  I said lets move forward with this new product so I can get this problem fixed.
  After the new roof was installed, I had more leaks than before. ******* said that the problem was he did the roof at the wrong time/ temperature of the year. So, the seams didnt mend together correctly.
  After the temperature warmed up, he did some seam repairs, and it corrected some leaks but not all. As time went on, they kept coming back out to correct more leaks, some old and some new.
  The roof continued to leak in several areas. One area was a wall between the center of the building.
  ******* said Ill have to cover the wall from the top to fix it right. He said that I said I dont want to cover that part of building. That was a lie, but I need the problem fixed. He charged me $4871.26 on top of the original invoice of $108,000.00
  One new leak in the shop, I called them out to fix, they said a small piece of wood caused damage to roof which they said wasnt covered under warranty. The piece of wood was very small and looked small enough not to cause the large perfectly straight cut. I had no choice but to fix it and pay them $1,500.00, he wanted to charge me $2,500.00 before I said something about price.
  
  I still have leaks, so I told ******* that I was going to have another roofing company come out and inspect the roof to correct my leaks. ******* said if I have another roofing company come out, he was going to void my 20-year warranty.
  
  I also had the parking lot repaired by them, and it has problems too. ******* said he was going to correct that problem after the weather warms up, meaning middle of July.
  Now ******* doesnt answer my calls, hes having all calls go to voicemail which he doesnt call back.
  

   

  Im asking for Commercial roofing of Dallas to correct the leaks and parking lot repairs that falls within their warranty or refund the cost of getting it fixed right.

  I havent had any communication from the company for awhile. The last conversation was with the owner *******, he said he was going to fix any roof leaks we had and repair the parking lot. Ive tried several times to contact ******* and the calls go right to voicemail with no return calls.

  Im only asking the company to follow through with whats in their written warranty to fix the work they did with the 10/20 years warranty they gave me.
  
  Im almost forced to have another company come out and do the repairs needed even if this voids my warranty which the written warranty seems to mean nothing to them.

  On 4/20/2021 I entered into an agreement with Commercial Flat Roofing of Dallas due to leaks I had at ***********************************************************************. I paid 8000 for the company to apply their APOC T4 Hot Mopped and Leak Barrier Roofing System and to build up areas of puddling in the roof to encourage proper drainage. Within a few months all spots were leaking again, I called **************** and he promised to come out and take a look. On two separate occasions for scheduled appointments, he simply has not shown up and is currently not responding to my calls or texts. Due to the continued standing water there is additional damage and soft spots on the roof. An inspection with walking has caused additional leaks. I am in a very dangerous situation and it is impacting the occupants in the building damage to drywall I may have issues with mold. Additionally, the agreement was to come with annual roof inspections which has not happened despite my requests.

  She needed a new roof and did not want to pay for it we did the roof repairs 7 years ago. The ponding water happened after she installed a heavy hvac unit that made her wood decking cave in we told her that the decking needed to be replaced she got upset because we couldnt fix it for free.

  I am rejecting this response because:I am offended by the Vincents reply. Either he is confused or flat out lying.   This work was done in April of 2021. Roof HVAC units were installed around 2018.  Please see confirmation where I shipped payment and signed contract to the owner. Both dated April 2021. The contract contains helpful images.

  I have also attached the contract which comes with a 15 year guarantee, and annual roof inspections.

  Commercial flat roofing was hired to install their Leak Barrier Roofing system and build up pooling areas for proper flow of water off the roof. ***** continued after his repair as did pooling. 
  

  He has never conducted an annual roof inspection and in fact has no showed for scheduled appointments and has overtalked me when I told him the same leaks are occurring - he blamed a storm without inspecting. 
  

  Water is still pooling impacting the integrity of the roof. I am experiencing more leaks throughout the building causing damage to drywall, flooring and furniture.

  my tenants and their customers are impacted by puddles and buckets inside the building.

  the owner has not responded appropriately other than asking me to remove this BBB inquiry to get on the schedule.

  She is lying she does not want to pay for a roof replacement the roof was over 25 years old the decking needs replaced. The weight of the **** caused the decking to push in because it was eroding. She dont not want to pay for the proper installment.

  We spent $16,237.50 in October 2021 for roof repairs. They have come out 1 time to look at leaks and the problem was not fixed. Warranty is 15 years with twice a year visits at no charge. That does not happen! Evidence of emails is attached.
