I owed money to an eye care doctor. I will not deny that. When I received the notice, I created a payment plan online using their system. When I was done with my payments, I get a $24 charge. I ask them about it and they claim it's the fee. There was no mention of a fee during the setup of my plan. I disputed the $24 with the credit bureaus. What does this company do? Get the doctor to send out another collection notice for the $24. As a company that collects, at least follow the appropriate guidelines. And no, I don't need your BOT responding to this message. Legally, if the terms are not established at the beginning, you can't create them at the end. I'm tired of dealing with it. Some people might argue that it's only $24, but what if I'm not the only one this happens to?

I just spent over 3 hours of my time during work hours to try and find out why I have a fraudulent charge in my name with all my information! And have had no luck in getting any information on where the location of this supposedly Home Depot store that supposedly charged me almost $2000! I talked to Sean from Williams and Rush and we actually stayed on the phone together while we talked to some of the other debt collector companies to find out any information on the purchase only to have nothing but a charge on an original genesis account? Nobody could tell me what my order number was if there was a receipt and what Home Depot it was? I was told to call Home Depot I called two separate times and spoke to two different people in customer service and they both told me the same thing which is I’m not on any accounts and I have no history in their system with such a charge! Whatever the situation is it’s fraudulent and it’s hurting my credit. I want it immediately removed! And I was told by Sean that Home Depot might not have the information anymore. However, when I ask that question to both of the customer representatives, they said no matter the situation. It would still be in the system and I so with no receipt no order number and no knowledge from Home Depot of this charge. I’m demanding that this be removed immediately.!

We have investigated this consumer's complaint and passed the information along to the attorney that placed this account with us for collections. He instructed us to cancel this account and he will have it sent back to the original creditor as ID Theft. These things happen from time to time. We do our best to substantiate accounts that are placed with our office for collections. When we can't do that, we do what is in the best interest of the consumer. In this case it is cancelling this account as fraud.
