1. I have never had an account with this company CREDIT PROTECTION account #********. REMOVE from all credit agencies from reporting. 2. "consumer" means any natural person obligated or allegedly obligated to pay any debt. According to 15 U.S. Code §1692a(3) 3. This letter is in pursuing 15 U.S. Code §1692c (c) Ceasing communication 4. I am the "consumer" mentioned in 15 U.S. code §1692a (3) You are ********************** the debt collector 15 U.S. Code1692a (5) I am invoking specified remedies under use 15 U.S. code §1692c (c) (2) as a creditor I am demanding you to terminate all farther efforts pursing to 15 U.S. Code §1692c (c) (1) 5. I am the executor under the 15 U.S. Code §1692c (d) pursing to 15 U.S. Code §1692d A debt collector may not engage in any conduct the natural consequence of which is to harass, oppress, or abuse any person in connection with the collection of a debt. Collection reported March 3, 2019. I paid the collection off years ago. I am trying to reach this company to request the collection be removed from my credit report. I can find no accurate phone numbers or websites I have been attempting to contact this company for quite some time regarding my collection account. Every number given is either disconnected or some other company's phone number. The link i clicked on from google maps with the company's name took me to a totally different website. I cannot seem to find another way to contact this company and I just want the collection account removed.Initial Complaint

I have been writing and calling this company Credit Protection Association with no answer, reply or response to certified mail, phone and or email. This company is reporting a collection on my account which is not mine. I would even be willing to settle the $325.00 debt being jus tot clear it off my report. But, I can't get anyone to answer, or reply back to me to discuss.Initial Complaint

I found out through my HUD caseworker that I owe an old utility bill and I have been trying to reach credit association protection collection agency to see where I send a money order too. I have called and can't reach them.and everyone I talk to can't find my account. I really need to pay this so I can move forward in my housing situation. Would like to have the number to the real credit protection association collection agency.Business response
