  They keep calling me 2x a day with different 312 numbers everytime for 2 weeks now . Never a message. ****** voice blocks everyone as spam. Only people who don't know me personally have that number. Use it for ********** ect.I owe no one. I had no car accidents and really dont even see my regular doc for check **** Haven't had credit card or car loan in decades. Last time I got these types of calls I reported all them too the *** under don't call list. I got a really nice check from **** :) Register your number thier and report every call.

  When someone calls ** and does not say we are a collection agency, a yes or no question that is a warning sign for me. I have not received any correspondence from any creditors. I moved out of an apartment two mknts early, paid three grand, lost my security deposit and pet deposit even though I had the unit professionally cleaned. They still wanted two more months rent and I refused. I told them to take ne to court. Instead they sold this debt to these creditors. I have this company to stop calling me as I refuse to pay any more unless a judge rules in there favor.

  This company keeps trying to collect a debt for an account that I've NEVER had, it's NOT tied to my name, from a company I've NEVER done business with in my entire life. I don't know how to get them to stop harassing me for something they clearly are wrong about. My credit is not compromised, I do not have any debt, I do not owe anyone. ********.

  Style of communication is subtly predatory. In my letter about a debt, they do not clearly inform the debtor that they can pay online via the company's website. They give you, in bold print, information about how to dispute the debt or investigate one's rights, but only in small print hidden in the middle of a wall of text does the letter say that you can even contact the company about payment options. If the company's primary goal is to collect proper payment as soon as possible, then that information should be what is most apparent on the page. Solid chance I will actively seek out companies that DO NOT use them as a debt collector in the future.

  This collection agency has been badgering me about a closed XFinity Mobile account since mid-March 2025. They allege that I still owe $130.54 for the months of January and February 2025. This is NOT true. I ported over and switched my account to T-Mobile on January 11th. I had paid my XFinity bill in full for the months of November and December 2024 and have sent this agency repeated detailed evidence that I have all to no avail. It is NOT the money! It is the principle! If I were to pay Credence for this balance, I would be paying double for those 2 months and this is simply NOT right! I have, also, registered this complaint with the ********************************* where I reside and I am hopeful that this case will be dropped as it should.

  nonstop calling me over a debt i dont owe.terrible business practices and asking for personal information over the phone without verifying for what reason they're calling me.

  Took my 2 phones to post office got a tracking number then few weeks later was told by T-Mobile they never received my devices but was told the weight of my packages was less then when i drop them off in the post office never found the phones and it went towards my credit i wasn't at fault so i believe this should be removed from my account

  This company has harassed me for months on end about an Optimum account that was NOT mine. They posted this collection to my credit reports and has been a hassle to dispute and delete. This company is full of soulless, feckless ghouls who prey on innocent people in attempt to ruin their credit. I double checked with Optimum and they confirmed the account was not mine. Thankfully, I have been successful in deleting these reports. Should this happen again, Credence will be receiving a lawsuit.

  I was in an auto accident in 2023. ************************************************************* billed my insurance company. I was never sent a bill from them. When I was contacted by Credence Resource Management LLC, I contacted my insurer. I was provided with an explanation of benefits which was mailed to both ******** and Credence Resource Management LLC showing according to the medical coding, I owe nothing. I continue to receive phone calls from Credence Resource Management LLC. They leave no message. I called the number for ************************************************************* The automated system states I own nothing. The representative states the account number provided is not for me but when I go on-line, it shows that I owe a balance. Something is not right but it seems like nobody wants to correct it.
