Consumers BEWARE! Horchow customer services is useless. Ive placed eight calls to their customer services center regarding an ********************** I placed months ago and their **************** representatives continually communicates the same thing, that Ill get a call from the shipper within a week or two regarding my delivery. Two months have passed and I still have no status on my order delivery and they will not issue a refund, because they claim the order has shipped. Supervisors offer NO help, and are often rude! Supervisors basically tell you they cant help, because the order has shipped. I love their product shown online, but your likely hood of getting the product order is nil.Review from Jo H

This $4,600 rug was beautiful when received February 2022. A year later it is deteriorating badly even though it's in a bedroom with low traffic. Purchasing a rug this expensive you certainly expect it to last longer than a year. After contacting Horchow and talking to three different people all they could say was they were sorry and wouldn't be able to do anything to help me since it was past the return timeframe policy. You would think the return policy would be if you changed your mind not that the product was defective. Considering their customer service I wouldn't recommend shopping at Horchow. I guess I should have read other reviewers before purchasing such an expensive item. Live and learn the hard way!Review from Dreama S

The Horchow I grew up with is NO LONGER. You can pay for expedited shipping and they will not even update you stating your order has NOT shipped. I needed something for a dinner party. Planned 10 days in advance -- ordered for next day shipping -- here I am 12 days later NOTHING!! **************** has not been outsourced overseas. Buyer beware -- the reason we shop at these stores is for the customer service. ********************** needs to do better!!!

We ask she allow up to 72 hours for the gift card to be received.

You are referring to the wrong order. The one you are referring to was another disastrous order that I placed through *******. This order is for the cookies that I still have NOT received them. Requested the order to be canceled on several occasions and then above is the response I received. You have MY MONEY but I have NOTHING but excuses.
