d made an appointment at 4:30pm for my birthday. I've been to the salon once before and liked them so I wanted them to do my birthday hair. I planned it so I would have enough time to get ready before the party started. I showed up at 4:25am because I like to be early. I pulled up the salon was closed. I knocked on the door and nobody came. Lights were off they were closed. Figuring maybe she was running a little late I decided to wait. I waited until 5:30pm. I called the other locations while I was waiting to see if they could get in touch with the salon. They then informed me that it was a franchise so it was individually owned and they didn't know who worked there. After waiting an HOUR the salon NEVER opened. After my repeated phone calls and knocking I left. I had to rush home do my own hair and was late to my own birthday. I called the next morning and a man named Moe answered the phone. He told me he was the owner and I explained what had happened. He was tripping off his own words entire conversation about how they are short staffed bla bla which isn't an excuse, he agreed. He then told me he will make it up to me and give me a free blow out. I told him I'd appreciate it but I'm not completely confident they would show up. I told him I'd like to schedule it for this upcoming Tuesday on my actual birthday. He THEN says he DOESN'T KNOW how to make an appointment in his own salon he just happened to be there and promised someone named "Holly" would call me within an hour to schedule me. He forgot to ask for my name and number to leave for "Holly" so when I gave it to him I was sure I wouldn't get a call. SHOCKINGLY I didn't get a call and when I tried calling nobody answered. This business is absolutely horrible and I was stay FAR away from them. Between the sketchy-ness and unprofessionalism I suggest to never make an appointment with them I will also be contacting the better business bureau.
