My husband AV and I have banked with TBK many years. We were "paper customers", which we had a choice of that or online. We know better now. Because we got statements by mail, TBK hand typed our statements, so we did not know what they were up to. The thefts against us started as early as 2018, and stopped when we got out of that bank 04/2023. When I went to the online banking is when we saw what had really been happening. This bank, under the mgmt of *******************, were stealing. And I am sure they are stealing from many, as we saw large amounts $$ go through our accounts. Laundering. They sold our debit card info to area businesses as well as to persons. Duplicate check numbers They cut and copied signatures from old documents to new withdrawal slips. They transfered large amounts acct to acct but the transfer never made it into the other account. They washed checks and re-used them. They used my husbands debit information for their own $$ needs. They have a ring going with the area businesses and the ring does extend really far. Their corporate people have put a cease and desist on me due to the fact that I ask the right questions. We have been treated like dirt by all employees. They do not care that their staff steals. They stole 2 social security checks and 2 payroll checks. The top management will not help us obtain records that we need. They shorted us on statements in question. Our finds started 11/2022 and we are still fighting to at the very least get AV's 2 soc sec checks and the 2 payroll checks. No one at all will help us. At first they just ignored us. Then they cease and desisted us, so we are railroaded. We spoke with ********************* in their IA ******* AV (my spouse) is in his 70's, and I do think they are targeting seniors. *******************, *************************** are the main thieves, but it seems like most of the stafff are involved. We need help with this, and I am sure it will be saving more from victimization.
