      when ******** started i order a card from way2go issue by coamerica i never got my debit card and i thought was lost in the mail but when i try to contact them for a new one was impossible no one answered i give up after 2 months i decided to call and relise that **** from my unemployment benefits was stolen someone was using the card i never got. i fill a complaint and report that was fraud and comerica claims it was not fraud bc they purchased **** dollars at a kroger or publix like 5 miles from my address. they denied to give me anything when i did file police report and everything nobody spends **** dollars at kroger they are very shady

      Comerica Bank put a levy on federally protected ERISA benefits neglecting to follow the court order to review the account for exempted funds, I provided them my attorneys phone number to facilitate them receiving proof of the nature of the funds but they have not followed through. It is causing financial hardship esp as they levied the entire account over and above the judgement amount. They say they will not act without another court order even though theyre in violation of the first court order as well as Texas law. We want the bank levy lifted asap as weve offered every option available for them to rectify their error.

      Comerica was supposed to had transfered ****** of a child support payment to my bank and hasn't and I'm unhoused and stranded with two children and begging and borrowing waiting for Comerica to transfer the funds to my ***** fargo account.

      I bought this crossbow from a ten point dealer and is manufactured by ten point company. I paid a lot of money for this bow ! and at first ,after only approximately 30 shots out of it. It wore the paint off the right side of the rail due to the rail being not level and crooked . Then two of the pins in the acu draw starting cutting the draw cords and started coming loose. And without me knowing? and when I was still sighting in the new bow it broke the cocking string ! , and just as the string caught being cocked. ! It could have killed or maimed me. So at this time I had been in touch with ten point on the phone and through numerous emails. And the first was the uneven rail ,and they told me to loosen it and then retighten it ? Then with the accu draw they said they would replace the acu draw and then only sent me 4 small pins? It is beyond fixing now ! It all needs replaced and now it caused two springs to break and is cutting through the second new draw cord again? This bow is still new and under warranty and I need a bow for this deer season that I am in the middle of? I would rather and feel alot safer to return it for a full refund under the warrenty for being defective and dangerous! And I can not purchase another bow untill I can get refunded for this one. It can be verified in the pics I have sent and I also have 10 emails of me pleading with them. And they did not want to help me? At this point I dont trust it and Im afraid of it. Not to mention the whole internet is full of people having the same defects with this same bow and model? If it hurts me bad because I have no other option but to try and use it because I can not afford another bow. Unless Im refunded the money ! And if this were to happen , I will file a law suit for negligence on ten point cross bow for there disrespect and non honoring there product warrenty and not caring while knowing these defects can injure or kill me?       I have filed complaints against with the bbb over and over the last few years against Comerica **** after being told by several agencies my 20 years of ssi benefits lost are located at an account at ********************** but they always appeared to be lying and trying to conceal my benefits from me. Now I have received an notice dated 10/4/23 from the consumer financial protection bureau enforcement division **************************** ************ and you must reveal the facts about my ssi benefits to me NOW through my bbb complaint and stop lying.

      My card expired on 9/30/23 My SSDI is put onto this card. I called this business on 9/26/23 to order a new card & have not received it. I did ensure they had the correct address. When I called their number & was not able to speak to a person but to an automated system.they say the card was mailed out on Aug 2nd 2023 This is my only source of income. I have been calling their number several times a day and am unable to speak with a human to located and or order a new card.

      The lady on the phone was very rude. I explained to her that my daughter would translate for me and she hung up on my daughter. That is very unprofessional and a waste of a customers time to call go through all touch tone and then to be hung up by a person.
