On June 29, 2024, I purchased a 2011 Mini ****** ********** from the listed business. On the day of the purchase, I noticed the vehicle's front screen was showing the engine symbol. I brought this to the attention of my seller, and he assured me that they would look into it. I left the vehicle and when I returned, the seller advised me that it was fine because the light was not on the center dash. On the same day as the purchase, I took the vehicle to a mechanic who noticed that the coolant had what looked like a mixture of oil inside on the cap as well as a small oil leak near the front passenger area.I took the car in to be checked on July 3rd. They were supposed to drain the coolant, add new fluid, and check the front passenger area for an oil leak. Shortly after the alleged repair, the engine light came on in the center screen and the vehicle coolant started to run out after being driven. I texted the seller and reported that I needed the vehicle to be serviced again because I was still having issues. On Friday, July 12, 2024, I was asked to bring the vehicle back to be checked. But when I arrived, I was told the owner needed to look at the list of problems that I was reporting. I was told that he would call back and schedule a date to drop the car off and leave it to be repaired. I received no phone call, and my texts went unanswered.

I bought a car 2016 ***** XC90 for my granddaughter about 3 weeks or so ago. It began overheating a couple of weeks into my purchasing it. I realized then that the car had not been serviced or checked by this company, there was very little oil in the car. This could have been a big problem. I called and spoke to ***** ( I believe the owner possibly, no last name was given to me).I asked about the lemon law, he quickly advised me that it only applies to new vehicle purchase. He said that he would contact his ship and return my call. He had never returned my call. I have the car in the shop now as it is I not drivable at this time. I am at $1600 to solve the cooking problem plus oil change that was not done prior to buying the car. I believe they knew about this car overheating and sold it quickly to rid themselves of the problem. I have been purchasing vehicles personally and got my business for over 50 years now, and this is my first encounter with a shady company. I need help in dealing **** this company. Also, I want to make sure that another customer is treated this way.

We are sorry that you have experienced an issue with your purchase. This vehicle was purchased after your test drive and you where more than happy with it when you drove it home. We sell well over **** vehicles every year and know that purchasing a vehicle always comes with the risk of mechanical issues.

Every customer is offered a VSC (vehicle service contract) to cover any unexpected events such as yours. Our desks; sales staff and finance staff make our customers aware of the fact that your purchase can be covered for unexpected break downs. We collect 4 SIGNATURES pointing out that we are not liable for your purchase after you take delivery. (Bill of Sale, Federal Buyers Guide, As/IS form etc).

We do take great care of any vehicle before handing the keys to a customer. Again, I am sorry you experienced an issue but we did our due diligence before the sale & during the sale.

Purchased a used vehicle. Part of the deal was to add three new tires to the car. We found out a month later that the tires were all used. And the fourth tire was about to pop. Manager told me that we had a f****** contract for as is. They did not add the tires on their contract.

I purchased a used vehicle with 8K down from this dealership. I shouldve read all the bad reviews before purchasing. The salesman lied about detailing the car and I had dashboard lights come on within 24 hours of purchasing. I decided I was not happy about this experience and just wanted a refund since it was less than 24HRS. The salesman and the Manager were very rude and telling me they are not giving me my money back. I have nothing in writing saying the sale was final and no refund will be given. I am now seeking legal action.

On march 16 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Dallas Autoplex, the next day the ** was broken they told me they were going to fix it so the replace the compresor but when I picked my car up when I got home I notice it was leaking oil I called them back they told me probably was residue from the previous work and ask me to wait until it dries out, I wait 2 weeks but I noticed the leak still was there and it was getting worst. They scheduled an appointment for Monday May 1st to check it and have it fix but they found out that it was a big issue and they declined to fix it they told me That I have to pay to repair it, I brought it to a certified ***** dealer to get a diagnosis of the vehicle and the results were really bad, the car they sold me have 12 different issues but 6 of them are high risk and it needs to be fix ASAP, they took pictures of everything and I have proof of the diagnosis, the total amount to get fix is around $11000 and Im not willing to pay for a car that was sold in really bad conditions. I already contact ****************** Which is the bank that provides the car loan and let them know about the issue also I already sent them all the pictures and the diagnosis report. The car cost was $12744.69 and I have as a down payment $2500

Purchased a car and extended warranty for the amount of $3070 on Oct 29 2022. After decided to cancel the warranty we have requested to cancel the warranty on Dec 2nd 2022. Alpha warranty service(original provider) was processed and sent a refund check to dealership. But as of today, April 18th 2023, this dealer ship claiming that they didn't received any check. We have contacted Alpha warranty service many times and they did discussed with dealer ship and re-issued the check almost three times now. Dealership has no interest to resolve any issue for these simple matters and claiming that they didn't receive anything or not answering our calls.
